Ordered online. 1 out of 2 sandwiches was incorrect not even enough buffalo chicken to be seen; missing drinks and chips and the chips they did have were stale (expiration date over a month old) and no RECEIPT to prove what was ordered. When called the store, was told I'd have to bring the sandwich back. So, spend more money/time as a customer without even an apology! Anna was RUDE over the phone...kept asking the other employee with 'leading' questions so she would get the answer from them that she wanted us to hear. She ended up hanging up on me when someone walked into the store. Food & service was horrible ! NEVER will we go to Subway again !

Can someone explain to me the point of charging me $11 for a hot sandwich when the employee is gonna let it sit on the counter for four minutes starting the sandwiches for people behind me before they bother finishing it?

Ordered online today 3-1-24 and placed the order for 20 minutes out for ready for pickup. Upon arriving I was notified that they didn't have enough tuna to fill my order ( I ordered 2 tuna subs) that I could replace it with another sandwich. I guess they didn't look at the whole ticket because I overheard the lady say "oh they had another tuna?" Then it was said "I don't have time to make tuna". Ok, cool I understand that you guys get busy so no problem I ordered two different sandwiches. As I get in the car and check my order not 1 out of my 3 sandwiches were correct. The 2 new ones that were just ordered to replace the tuna subs were wrong and the sweet onion chicken teriyaki that was able to be made had mayo all over it with no sweet onion sauce . Looked at the receipt and nowhere on it did it say "mayo no sweet onion sauce". Should have just gone to Jersey Mike's.

Ordered online. Picked up subs. Brought subs home. My sub had black pepper dumped in it, like the lid had fallen off, and it poured on the dub. Completely inedible. Sorry took so long to respond. 2 young men serving subs that day.

Absolute trash work ethic. Every time we order and have it Uber the food is all wrong. If you order black olives they give onions instead. So much Oil and vinegar that the bread is soaked and falling apart. Took a few deliveries to even get to this point as I tried to give benefit of the doubt. But it's consistent.

Would give it half a star if I could. Worst subway I've ever been to! Never greeted when I walk in the door, not acknowledged when I'm waiting to order with no other customers in there. I had to wait for mobile order to be put together instead of them just taking one minute of their time to ask what I'd like to order. They are always in a bad mood when I go in there they act like it's an inconvenience for me to be there. Takes me 20 minutes to be in and out of there because of the lack of rush they have. Get better employees.

So there was a huge mess up on my order last Friday and the manager, Anna, was SOOOO helpful, kind and patient, even a week later when we were still trying to get things right. She gets 15/10 for going above and beyond. Give her a raise, train her for a promotion. I'm 100% serious.

Ordered 2 hours before close and got a sandwich absolutely burnt. When returning shortly after, they locked the doors and turned the lobby lights off. Place will also randomly substitute items on your sandwich if you order online without any contact.

Every time I come to this subway, there are issues with online orders being complete. The staff is nonchalant about making customers wait when they’ve already been notified that their orders were ready via the app. They prioritize people who just walked in over people who have been waiting for online orders. Overall, this team lacks time management skills and Leadership and doesn’t seem equipped to handle their orders.
