i order from subway quite often and today i decided to door dash it. not only was my sub burnt but it wasn’t even supposed to be toasted. it seriously looks like a blind child made my sandwich and my VEGGIE sub had meat on it. i’m actually appalled at how someone could mess up a small simple sandwich this badly and i hope they never make my sandwich again

Went there today there was blood on my wrapper on the inside were my food was and all they can say is it must been cherry slushie does that look like cherry slushie come on now and they were very rude

This is specifically for management! You are a restaurant literally attached to the produce department in a grocery store! There is NO excuse for paying customers to walk into your restaurant and see that the only produce options are cucumbers, jalapenos, pickles, and tomatoes! NONE! I shouldn't have to go spend another $4 to buy a bag of lettuce for my sandwich after I pay you full price for it! THAT IS YOUR JOB! Somebody can walk their happy butt over to the lettuce rack and restock! It isn't your customers' fault that you can't keep your restaurant stocked!

This location is beyond disgusting. They have rodents and bugs. This location has failed inspection numerous times. The so-called manager leaves 15 and 16-year-olds to close the store by their self at night with no adult supervision.

Placed order at 10:44 am for pick up at 1:55. Pm, so I could grab my order on the way to work. At 1:39 I get an email stating my order was almost ready. I arrive on time-no food, fine I will go into the store to grab a drink. Come back still no food. I wait patiently at the counter. The worker doesn't acknowledge me at all, and instead starts making sandwiches for people. She yells at the gentlemen ordering as they could not hear what she had said with her head down towards the cutting counter. When I finally get her to acknowledge me, I tell her I was there for a pick up order (it was now 2:10 pm) She tells me they don't have any pick up orders and she can't help me. At that point the other worker (who I'm guessing was on break) tells her to check the POS. He goes over, pulls up my order ...which had never even been started on. The lady starts angrily throwing my sandwiches together (and slamming trays etc the entire time) while refusing to talk or even look at me. She finishes my sandwiches, shoves them across the counter, I try to thank her and say have a nice day, but she snarled rolled her eyes and just walked away. Not exactly a pleasant experience in any way

My experience was awful and I will never be coming back! 2 employees serving me were very unprofessional and one had no subway attire and was Very dirty and had a very vulgar and racially insensitive mouth. The other employee had served me, (5’8”, long brown hair and had 2 dark cloth bracelets on his right wrist, would give a name but did not have a name tag but his subway shirt did have the #30 on it if it helps) work environment was very dirty and the knives they used on my sandwich had either sauce or cheese covered on them. More than half the bins in the front had not been restocked and had food scattered in the inappropriate bins. Lastly after I had finally gotten my food I had used a coupon and cash to pay for my meal and firstly I did not get any cash back then when I had finally gotten my change, the amount was off! I was very un pleased with my visit and I tossed my sandwiches in the trash can out of disgust. 0 out of 5 stars for this location!

Food is really good and well made... when you can actually get it. Often, it is out of all chicken, and if you order online, they will either issue a refund or wait until you come to pick it up to tell you.
