Have been craving Subway as I'm 9 months pregnant and the food was great along with the younger girl who worked there. But as for the older lady, she made the experience less than enjoyable. Her attitude sucks and I feel terrible for the young lady who has to deal with her for 8 hours, I could barely stand her attitude and vibe for 30 minutes.

I almost walked out and should have. The company would have lost more than the upcharge for fresh mozzarella cheese if I had but I was hungry.Three sets customers were in line with the woman working complaining to everyone about how busy she was, that she was working alone, and that it would take a while to get to everyone. I felt at the moment I walked in the door that she would prefer that the customers leave. I saw no delay in service time. The short wait was just made unnecessarily awkward and uncomfortable due to the employee complaining. Just before I approached the counter, another employee arrived and began working veggies and the register.I asked for an off-menu sandwich. I was cut off while describing my sandwich order; “What’s on it” so I told her. Like, May I please tell you my order? I don’t HAVE TO BE HERE!On a chicken sandwich with pepperoni and marinara, it is going to be expected that mozzarella is the preferred cheese. She didn’t bother telling me they were out of shredded mozzarella. She asked what kind of cheese I’d like. I said; “mozzarella” and she told me; “we don’t have mozzarella” which I found odd because I know I have ordered it before. She then told me that they had fresh mozzarella but that it would be an upcharge.I said; “okay.” Then, as she was getting it, I said; “I thought they had shredded mozzarella that they usually put on it.” She snapped at me; “We do have it. We’re out. Do you want provolone, cheddar…” continued to name off cheeses, then asked; “or do you want the mozzarella for an upcharge?”I told her; “yes. I just said that.” I was embarrassed. I am nerodivergent and have aspergers. I know I was clear. Again, at that moment, I should have walked out and left the chicken, sauce, pepperoni, and bread for the trash.I began to walk out but the other woman who just came in was very nice. I would like to tip her for her service if possible but chose not to tip because I didn’t want the tip being shared with the woman who was so rude because she was busy. I didn’t rush her. That upcharge and her attitude costed the tip I intended to leave and that upcharge had lost this location a customer for good. No refund or compensation necessary. I won’t be back to use it. Good luck staying in business with employees complaining. I told them if she didn’t like her job, she could get another one. I didn’t do the hiring. She did attempt to reconcile her attitude by offering a joke but I cut my eyes at her and ignored her comment.Side note: get the damn woman some help. It ain’t her fault that she’s overworked. I’m quite aware that she chose her behavior due to her work environment, so, before rattling her cage, y’all need to clean your own and maybe she will be more I’ve worked there. I know how greedy and demanding they are.Lastly; an upcharge item is always complimentary in restaurants if the ly have deplete the source of the menu item. It is and accommodation, not an upsell.

I think they are racist or just plain miserable…… super rude for no reason, slamming everything around, and kept saying “anything else” with an attitude.

Subs are always made correctly. But when you purchase through app you have to wait on counter for them to hand you the sub even tho they have a rack they are suppose to be putting the subs on.

Ordered a couple subs online today and picked it up about 15 mins later. Subs were already done and the young guy working there was nice and courteous when I came in and the sub was good and made exactly how I ordered it online. Glad to see subway is improving compared to a year or two ago.

Came in for an early lunch around 10:45am. The ladies working were terrific! However, the majority of the tables needed to be wiped down, napkin dispenser was empty, fountain drink station/counter was absolutely disgusting, floor needed sweeping and mopping, and chips rack could be restalked (unless they're just out of some varieties). I was the only customer during this time.

I walked into the restaurant and was not even greeted with a hello. Someone walked from the back and asked "what do you want" and then proceeded to be rude. After asking for toppings to my sandwich he continued to throw the toppings onto my sandwich and then threw it back into the container. The food was ok but the service was awful. Will not be back.

Didn't ask what bread I wanted, just used what they had. Didn't have onions @12:15pm (the start of a lunch rush ). Didn't give me napkins and have me a look when I chose not to tip on the digital pad.

It was evident the guy that made our sandwiches didn't want to be there. No customer service skills.

Bread not fresh...hard as a rock....not good. Funny, Subway used to promote "We make fresh bread daily". Now it's "Eat Fresh"....soon will be just "Eat"... gross
