Food was decent, eggs overcooked on an omelet otherwise was good. The wait was minimal but got busy close to 10:30am with others waiting for tables to open. The atmosphere was nice but was very loud with no sound dampening, we couldn't hear each other talking and asked each to repeat what one said. Price was fair for quality and quantity. Would I return? Maybe as long as it wasn't on a busy morning and definitely would get something that's not egg related. Service she would check on us when possible due to low staffing for how busy they were. We waited for about 5 to 10 mins to get our check to leave because we kept trying to find her to make eye contact with.

chicken and waffles large portion, 2 chicken filets lightly battered and had good seasoning. The bourbon syrup was really good and the waffles were cooked perfectly and very soft, soft as a pillow. I also tried their biscuit and gravy. Biscuit was soft in the inside and firm on the outside. The gravy was good but to me the seasoning was very strong for my liking. It was creamy, not runny or thick. It did have big chunks of sausage which was great! Egg omelet I was told tasted really good and hashbrowns were crispy. Nice atmosphere for brunch. Our waitress wasn't the nicest but that won't deter us from going back and trying other food.

First time there with my husband and friends. The food was absolutely the most delicious for all four of us. The food was hot, the service was excellent and the most delicious coffee ever. Will definitely be back

Used to be the spot for a good breakfast, quality has fallen off. Hopefully can be renewed soon. Food is mid (as the kids say)

Favorite breakfast place to eat in Lake norman. When you're done eating there, make sure you buy the black powder coffee they sell. It's a local Roaster. You can drive over to black powder and asked for

Pretty loud, mediocre food, not that nice of service. Very loud. They accommodated gluten free with the choice of either GF bread or GF pancakes. Wouldn’t go back.

When at peak time, it can be quite loud inside. Food is always good. Custom bloody mary menu is always a hit. Cute coffee bistro inside as well. I've been a fan since they opened and will always go there for brunch.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has plenty full options

I had traveled from Vermont to visit my son and his family. I told him that he certainly knew the best places to take me to eat!
