Disappointed, non of the locations carry the plain yogurt. Which was thought to be the original flavor. The only reason I loved frozen yogurt.

Nicole and her team are phenomenal. We had a couple of things that we brought to Nicole's attention and she jumped right on it and made us feel heard. The employees are amazing and really love their job. They are friendly and so very sweet! This by far is one of the best Sweet Frog's around and they have patrons for life in me and my family! If you are looking for a clean and welcoming location, friendliness that starts from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, and just top notch service, this is the place to go to!!!

the app shows $10, I've been going for 4 months, always $10. but some reason, today, it was nearly 20 bucks.
so because I walked inside, did it myself, it was 7 dollars more.
don't recommend. the girl working today was also rude when I asked. I should have just walked out... instead I just won't go back and won't recommend.
also, the worker was by herself and clearly not doing any work since half the machines were empty.
I don't go often, in fact it's probably been years since I went. I had a pleasant visit, the young lady that was working was kind and efficient so I didn't have to wait for service. Thank you for a great sweet treat. Update: Went back several times the past months before this review... and paid $10.75. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Was just charged 16.86 for ice cream.
Will not be back. Will not recommend. And will absolutely share negative reviews anywhere I see this store online. That girl was rude as hell and told me I was mistaken. The APP EVEN SHOWS $10
