My son and I came in for dinner last night to kickoff his birthday weekend. Jill was our server and was amazing. She is so thoughtful and really made the experience exceptional. Best service that we’ve had anywhere in a long time. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place. We dine out often & wanted another nice dining place other than Epic Chophouse. We won’t ever return here & it starts with the terrible, rude management. The food comes in as the runner up.

I ordered a Diet Coke. I got one with my soup but was told the machine broke, so I couldn’t have anymore. Understandable, things happen. So I ordered a water w/ lemon & drank that through my entree. When we got the bill- I was still charged for a soda. We mentioned we didn’t feel we should have to pay for the soda since I couldn’t have it with my meal, which was the whole purpose of even ordering it in the first place. Our server said she would take care of it but this is where it went downhill.

Another lady (Jen) marched over with a to-go cup & said here’s your Diet Coke- mind you, we’re paying the bill at this point & she didn’t even introduce herself so we had no idea who she was or why she felt the need to be so abrasive. I expected finer dining and a little more ambiance when coming here but it’s SO FAR from that. I said dinner is over & I wouldn’t have ordered the Diet Coke in the first place if I couldn’t have it with my meal or know that I could only get a limited amount. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service that you’re not providing or able to fulfill. I’m not asking you all to write off a lobster tail.. it’s a $3.50 Diet Coke but even more so the principle. She clapped her hands together & said well you consumed one, you’re paying for it. I honestly was so appalled at her attitude but also for charging for me a service that they werent able to fulfill due to broken equipment & poor communication. The customer service, conflict resolution, & professionalism was so disappointing. Especially from a manager when we’re paying $125 for a meal. I would be embarrassed if Jen was the FOH manager that represented my company.

For the food, it was subpar. The lobster bisque does have a really great taste but unfortunately didn’t have any actual lobster in the soup. I found the scoop of mashed potatoes in the center to be an odd twist, but surprisingly good! My filet was cooked perfectly but didn’t have much of a flavor at all. For the cherry on the sundae, our silverware was rolled in a dirty napkin. I also want to add we were here because it was my significant others 35th birthday (great birthday, right). They don’t ask if you’re there celebrating like a good portion of restaurants do, even by just acknowledging it. The entire experience was just disappointing.

I’m here to complain because I still can’t believe how this was handled, but to also let others know so that maybe you’re not going into this expecting it to be nicer than what it is. Do yourself the favor & go to Epic (the ribeye 104 south is great) if you’re wanting to stay local- otherwise make the trip to Charlotte, it’s worth it.

First and last time. This place was terrible. The food is mediocre and the customer service is horrible. I will never recommend this to anyone and personally would rather eat Longhorn. The manager Jen should be ashamed of how she talks to people.

This review is honestly 2 years overdue. Thanks to Amazon Photos for reminding me that 2 years ago today, the hubby and I dined here for the very first time. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary early and heard dinner here was a must. I purposely took photos to share our experience and now I finally will. Sal was our server and he was great. A little shy at first but once he realized we understood and spoke Spanish, he smiled from ear to ear and was much more comfortable. To share, we ordered their Crab Fries and Brussels Sprouts. It was oh so good! I truly enjoyed their Raspberry Lemonade signature cocktail. It was very refreshing. For dinner to both our surprise, we each ordered their Filet Mignon which was absolutely amazing. The food was awesome and the service was great. When we left, the attendant at the door offered to take a nice photo of us outside since she knew we were there for our anniversary. We've been eager to go back and maybe this year is the year. Why not, make it tradition to celebrate our anniversary with you all. We truly hope Sal still works there as it would be nice to see him again and say hi. Thank you for having us and offering such delicious food!

Keep in mind I’m a vegetarian. My menu options are limited compared to most. I had the Korean cauliflower. It was really amazing. Other people at my table had the trout, ribs and oysters. Rave reviews from everyone at the table 👍🏼

I came here today for the first time experience. I was gifted a $100 card stock card and ordered to go as we just arrived back in to town. When I ordered I called to make sure I was doing everything correctly because I wasn’t sure how to use the $100 certificate. I ordered with the lady over the phone and when I asked her about the card she stated she will go get her general manager to help answer my question. The GM spoke to me over the phone, I informed her it was a $100 card stock card and explained what and who gifted it to me and asked how I use. She stated “we will take the funds off the amount spent” which was $56. I arrived to the restaurant and the lady stated she couldn’t give me the difference of the $44 and it would just be a lost or I could order more food (which I had already ordered 3 entrees). She went to talk to the GM who was the same lady I spoke to over the phone to confirm this and they stated they couldn’t do anything. The waitress then began to get frustrated because I asked how does this work that people spend $100 to gift me and I have to use it all in one setting. It doesn’t say this on the card either btw. Fast forward to the end, the waitress came out threw a $25 card on the bar table rather than my hand and said that’s the best I can do and walked away as I was talking to her. I know this is all on camera as well. Not only that but my order was wrong. I asked for asparagus and fries which she told me the sandwhich (which should’ve had lettuce toppings as well) came with two sides and I received one. This wasn’t a good experience nor welcoming like the other reviews mentioned. Not sure why I was treated differently.

So we have eaten here many times and this time I got the fillet which is what I normally get and asked for it to be medium it came out with a very pale pink Center meeting medium well pushing towards well done. No big deal and it back they made a different steak I don't know if they were trying to be rude but it came out very rare to the point where the center literally was wrong not just rare it was blue. I asked them if they could please cook that to a medium only takes a couple minutes steak came back out a few minutes later cooked to well done. I didn't want to send it back again and ended up paying close to $50 for it. So disappointed!

Food was delish... service was great.
As the evening moved on, it got a little noisy, but that has to be expected, when everything is good!
