My friend took me here last year for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. I had the prime rib and mashed potatoes and our server recommended the pear martini đ¸ yummy! Everything was delicious. 10/10

Visited Table 31 for the first time on New Yearâs Eve. Our service was very knowledgeable about the menu. We decided on the ribeye with mashed potatoes, ribs with fries and coleslaw. Both were delicious the ribs were so tender they fell off the bone. Iâm also picky with my coleslaw, and it tasted so good that when I didnât finish it. I actually took it home to eat the next day. Wish I had pictures, but thatâs okay next time. Weâll definitely be coming here again!

Great food, large servings. Very popular location so better to make a reservation. Our dining partners are frequent visitors to Table 31 and remarked the food is consistent.

I was excited for my significant other and I to visit Table 31 based on a social media post. However, our experience wasn't pleasurable. Our waitress accidentally wasted water on my significant other (i believe the glass broke, so it wasn't her fault). She moved us to another table, which was fine. However, she didn't return to check on us to see if he needed more napkins or to take our order. It took so long that I had to get up and speak to the host to get service. We finally ordered and received our food, which was tasty. However, the waiter again took forever to come back after we finished eating, so much so that we took our check to the hostess stand to check out. I was disappointed in how unattentive the waitress was, especially after her mishaps. Although the food was good, the service was not, therefore resulting in us not becoming repeated customers.

My son and I came in for dinner last night to kickoff his birthday weekend. Jill was our server and was amazing. She is so thoughtful and really made the experience exceptional. Best service that weâve had anywhere in a long time. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place. We dine out often & wanted another nice dining place other than Epic Chophouse. We wonât ever return here & it starts with the terrible, rude management. The food comes in as the runner up.
I ordered a Diet Coke. I got one with my soup but was told the machine broke, so I couldnât have anymore. Understandable, things happen. So I ordered a water w/ lemon & drank that through my entree. When we got the bill- I was still charged for a soda. We mentioned we didnât feel we should have to pay for the soda since I couldnât have it with my meal, which was the whole purpose of even ordering it in the first place. Our server said she would take care of it but this is where it went downhill.
Another lady (Jen) marched over with a to-go cup & said hereâs your Diet Coke- mind you, weâre paying the bill at this point & she didnât even introduce herself so we had no idea who she was or why she felt the need to be so abrasive. I expected finer dining and a little more ambiance when coming here but itâs SO FAR from that. I said dinner is over & I wouldnât have ordered the Diet Coke in the first place if I couldnât have it with my meal or know that I could only get a limited amount. I shouldnât have to pay for a service that youâre not providing or able to fulfill. Iâm not asking you all to write off a lobster tail.. itâs a $3.50 Diet Coke but even more so the principle. She clapped her hands together & said well you consumed one, youâre paying for it. I honestly was so appalled at her attitude but also for charging for me a service that they werent able to fulfill due to broken equipment & poor communication. The customer service, conflict resolution, & professionalism was so disappointing. Especially from a manager when weâre paying $125 for a meal. I would be embarrassed if Jen was the FOH manager that represented my company.
For the food, it was subpar. The lobster bisque does have a really great taste but unfortunately didnât have any actual lobster in the soup. I found the scoop of mashed potatoes in the center to be an odd twist, but surprisingly good! My filet was cooked perfectly but didnât have much of a flavor at all. For the cherry on the sundae, our silverware was rolled in a dirty napkin. I also want to add we were here because it was my significant others 35th birthday (great birthday, right). They donât ask if youâre there celebrating like a good portion of restaurants do, even by just acknowledging it. The entire experience was just disappointing.
Iâm here to complain because I still canât believe how this was handled, but to also let others know so that maybe youâre not going into this expecting it to be nicer than what it is. Do yourself the favor & go to Epic (the ribeye 104 south is great) if youâre wanting to stay local- otherwise make the trip to Charlotte, itâs worth it.

First and last time. This place was terrible. The food is mediocre and the customer service is horrible. I will never recommend this to anyone and personally would rather eat Longhorn. The manager Jen should be ashamed of how she talks to people.

This review is honestly 2 years overdue. Thanks to Amazon Photos for reminding me that 2 years ago today, the hubby and I dined here for the very first time. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary early and heard dinner here was a must. I purposely took photos to share our experience and now I finally will. Sal was our server and he was great. A little shy at first but once he realized we understood and spoke Spanish, he smiled from ear to ear and was much more comfortable. To share, we ordered their Crab Fries and Brussels Sprouts. It was oh so good! I truly enjoyed their Raspberry Lemonade signature cocktail. It was very refreshing. For dinner to both our surprise, we each ordered their Filet Mignon which was absolutely amazing. The food was awesome and the service was great. When we left, the attendant at the door offered to take a nice photo of us outside since she knew we were there for our anniversary. We've been eager to go back and maybe this year is the year. Why not, make it tradition to celebrate our anniversary with you all. We truly hope Sal still works there as it would be nice to see him again and say hi. Thank you for having us and offering such delicious food!
