Will not be going back to the one on Plaza Drive. I stopped after work on Friday night, around 10:30. On the menu was $3 steak burritos. I ordered 3 of them. I was told they weren't available until the 14th. I explained that the previous day, I ordered one from the location close to the Walmart entrance and received it. They told me they didn't know how I received one because they didn't come out until the 14th. Why is it on the menu without stating a date? Why did i get one from the other location if they weren't available?

Ordered a chicken quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce - it came with extra sauce and no chicken. My beef taco only had cheese on it. No beef. On a two ingredient taco they missed half the ingredients.

Came through for dinner tonight, Jakaleia was nice, offered substitutions for our order that were helpful. The food though was the worst made Taco Bell I have ever had. Food had barely any meat in it. And it was wet. Don’t know what from, but the tortillas and what not were falling apart wet. Gross.
Women working window seemed like she hated her job, was very rude and had very poor social skills. I was at the order booth for maybe 5 minutes and I was being rushed the WHOLE time! I couldn’t even finish my order before being interrupted with “anything else for you” and “is that all”. Also my order was wrong and sloppy, I understand it’s fast food and mistakes happen but this was just pure carelessness on the workers account. I specified no tomato’s on my whole order yet something on the menu that doesn’t even come with tomatoes had tomatoes in it. Aswell as my stacker having tomatoes in it it was all balled up and leaking out of the bag it comes in… it takes maybe an extra 30 seconds to fold it the way it’s supposed to be and not just thrown in the bag. this is a very unprofessional place!
they stopped serving breakfast for doordash, and uber eats. HUGE letdown.

I don't know if it was the time of day I went, but I ordered a supreme crunch, and when I tell you, there was barely any meat. I don't know if they were running low, but they definitely should've stated that instead of making me pay for something they didn't clearly have. I also got a chicken quesadilla and it was really spicy, I'm not sure what was going on that night.
