Came through for dinner tonight, Jakaleia was nice, offered substitutions for our order that were helpful. The food though was the worst made Taco Bell I have ever had. Food had barely any meat in it. And it was wet. Don’t know what from, but the tortillas and what not were falling apart wet. Gross.

Women working window seemed like she hated her job, was very rude and had very poor social skills. I was at the order booth for maybe 5 minutes and I was being rushed the WHOLE time! I couldn’t even finish my order before being interrupted with “anything else for you” and “is that all”. Also my order was wrong and sloppy, I understand it’s fast food and mistakes happen but this was just pure carelessness on the workers account. I specified no tomato’s on my whole order yet something on the menu that doesn’t even come with tomatoes had tomatoes in it. Aswell as my stacker having tomatoes in it it was all balled up and leaking out of the bag it comes in… it takes maybe an extra 30 seconds to fold it the way it’s supposed to be and not just thrown in the bag. this is a very unprofessional place!
they stopped serving breakfast for doordash, and uber eats. HUGE letdown.

I don't know if it was the time of day I went, but I ordered a supreme crunch, and when I tell you, there was barely any meat. I don't know if they were running low, but they definitely should've stated that instead of making me pay for something they didn't clearly have. I also got a chicken quesadilla and it was really spicy, I'm not sure what was going on that night.

Taco bell never fails to forget items or entire combos. I just paid $20 for a luxe box and some burritos. I don't have the box. I have 2 cheese rolls ups and a 5layer burrito. For $20. I know people are lazy, but at this point I won't be wasting my money and neither should you.
Terrible service. I got $40 worth of food and only received half of it if that. The workers there were rude and disrespectful to all customers. Others around us were upset that they had to wait over an hour to get their food. There were over 5 people waiting for their food. After they brought it all out people were back swarming the counters because everyone’s order was wrong. Not really sure what’s going on at this location. Maybe lack of decent management and lazy workers?

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Taco Bell was so frustrating it deserves one. After waiting over an hour for my order, they still managed to forget multiple items. While waiting for my order and then coming back to get the correct items, there were multiple people who had issues with their order, even one person who ordered a crunch wrap and was given a box with ONLY lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, no tortilla or wrap at all. When I asked about the missing items, the staff was rude and dismissive. If I knew I was going to be treated like this, I would’ve just stayed home. Save yourself the time and frustration — go somewhere else.

Mind you, I haven’t been to Taco Bell in 5 years because they will ALWAYS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, mess up the order. I wanted to give it another shot. Come to pick up my order still had a few minutes and of course you know you can see the people fixing the food and this one lady in the kitchen was on her phone with gloves on texting and then proceeded to touch and make food with those gloves. ??? Phones are dirty CHANGE YOUR GLOVES I mean I’m just thinking what if that was your food?? Would you want to eat it?
