I ordered here at pattys weekend ordered chicken and shrimp he charged me $3 extra to switch the meat and when he heard me tell my significant other that that was too high of a price just for a sub and not to add he told the workers not to add chicken I checked my order and saw there was no chicken told them and he refused to pick my order up and someone else switched it. I would never go back here again. Get anyone else’s money but not mine. Poor absolute horrible customer service

This was our first time trying this Mexican restaurant and it'll be our last! The service was terrible and so was the food! We had a big group and most people had salsa, but when I ask for us 3 some salsa we never got any and I ordered a bowl of queso and never received it either! Eventually we gave up on waiting since our drinks were empty and she wasn't coming back to check on us. We grabbed some salsa from another person to try it and it tasted like you opened a can of tomatoes and dumped in the bowl with a little cilantro and onion and let it spoil! The tomatoes tasted rotten and made the salsa horrible!
My son ordered the 2 tacos with rice and beans combo and the hard shell tacos were basically soft shelled because they were saturated so badly with grease! He only ate about half of 1 two and half his rice because the rice was hard like it had set to long. I got 3 street tacos and after about 25 minutes the waitress came out and said they were out of lengua which I one of my favorites so I was already bummed at that point. Once mine did arrive the pork was so dry it you could of rolled it around in your hand and made dust out of it! Absolutely no flavor and very little cilantro or onion.
Another person with us got a taco salad and the hamburger was cold and the shell tasted old and stale. She didn't eat but about 1/4 of it and the waitress didn't even ask what was wrong and if the food was ok for everyone. I literally had to walk to the bar to get my drunk refilled and the manager didn't even ask why I was getting my own water!! They couldn't care less about their customers!!
Overall it was a horrendous first visit and will most definitely be my last! I would advise you all to look elsewhere if you want actual good Mexican food because this place is trash!!!

Family outing for a few christmas adventures and the kids wanted Mexican food. Gave this place a try and never will again. Ordered food, waited 30mins for the food and my entree that I ordered took in EXCESS of an hour, drink refills were few and far between, queso dip took forever to come out, the waiter seemed like he had no idea what he was even doing my woman was highly upset the kids were antsy so no, I will not be visiting here again

Delicious food, great service in a casual atmosphere. I had the special, Birria Ramen, and it was really flavorful and unique.

To start this off. Tequilas has been our spot since we moved to Mooresville 3 years ago. This past few months we have had Rio 150 and Picasso come to the DTM area. Still stuck with Tequilas because that was our spot.
Tonight, my wife and I ordered her standard taco salad and I want there Nachos. We ordered asking for no onions and extra cheese on the side. Picked up went home and realized nachos only came with chips, beans, and basically boiled beef. (Not expecting high grade beef from there but not the way that looked) Went back to the restaurant and asked where the rest of the toppings were and was told that's what I ordered (which was not that). The lady at front continue to argue with me instead of just fixing the problem. I asked for the dish to be fully remade and not just toppings thrown on it since it has now been about 40 min since I ordered. They gave me the same exact dish I brought back with toppings on it. I was sick of arguing with them so just left. Began to eat this dish and found multiple hairs in my food. Gave up eating, and just ordered from Rio 150. I will say they provided better customer service and quality of food was so much better.
I hate writing reviews but this was just a horrible experience from a place I always would tell people to go to over all the other options we have in town.
Step your stuff up Tequilas or you may not be in DTM much longer.

My wife got the trio of enchiladas beef, chicken & cheese. The cheese was tiny and it was a slice of cheese!! About a 1/3rd the size as the others.

Been here twice this month. Excellent service. Food and margarita's were delicious. I had the beef chimichanga without beans. Very good. It comes with rice and a small salad that has a mixture of things in it including sour cream.

Stopped in for a late dinner on. Friday night. Nice place with good food. Excellent service and timely food from the kitchen. Order was correct and you could tell the salsa was made from scratch by the fresh cilantro and onions. Interior is a little worn down but nothing broken or ripped. Will be back for sure.

We been here twice in a month, the first time I ordered chicken fajitas, i had to return it because half of the chicken was charcoal burnt and the other half stone dry, the taco birria was really good, but that was about it, the second time, i ordered beef enchiladas for my 3 yo, the beef tasted dry and old and the sauce was what really offended me; I’m mexican and i know my food, but to come to a restaurant and get served enchilada sauce from the can which tasted like ketchup, was really the worst part of it, we go to a restaurant to be served fresh food , not food from the can, even my dog eats better food than that. Secondly, the fresh lemonade we ordered tasted like bleach, we ordered a carne azada burrito and we were served pork instead ( after the fact that it was served, they told us they only had beef first only 1 of 3 our orders and that was the reason we got pork instead…. Think about it!!!!, what if the person eating it was allergic?. At the end they tried to charge me for the food we returned, I won’t recommend this place at all, i rather eat mcdonalds than eating here.

The restaurant is super bright and the atmosphere is okay. It the service was super slow and it took 10 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. We ordered nachos without the chips on the bottom and have them on the side but that didn’t happen so at least they accommodated us with a discount. The nachos were boring in taste and lacked much meat red or beans for $14.
