Heard about the Counter from some friends and wanted to try it out. Went over for lunch on the weekend and it was a great experience. I had the Meatball Sub and my wife had the Godfather. Both sandwiches were pretty amazing. The portions were good and the food quality was on point. Service was really good. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. I was really happy with the experience and look forward to the next visit. I just wish we lived closer. Great job and please support this business.

I have had amazing lunches at The Counter but never breakfast! Met some friends this morning and the home style breakfast was fabulous! Crispy bacon, fluffy eggs and the best red bliss potatoes ever!!!! You have to go!!!

It's a little too expensive for what it offers. The food was good and so was the service. But price was high.

This place is awesome. We've tried them twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both were outstanding. Breakfast was great, we had the cinnamon roll, Acai Bowl, and Breakfast Sandwich. My kids fought over the last bites. For Lunch we ordered four sandwiches and shared amongst my family. BCT, Maggiano, Cheesesteak, and Gnome. All were delicious. The sides were great too...especially the house made chips. Try this place it's wonderful!

I have ate here twice and I thought the first time maybe a fluke, sandwich was horrible couldn't even eat. Second time yesterday got the Americano and had to spit out first bite. Absolutely nasty. Not sure how it has any good reviews.

It is so lovely to have a more upscale / NYC type option for breakfast and lunch so close to my home in Mooresville. The food is fresh, delicious, so tasty. The firebird press sandwich is amazing. Especially if you try it on the gluten free wrap. I only wish they didn't close at 3pm!

New cook?? The Grain bowl, a couple weeks ago I thought it was pretty good. I had it again today, not so good. It was a bowl of soggy tomatoes, really gross, spinach, like out of a can or something. Disappointing.

This place popped up on my Yelp feed. I don't think I had ever gone to a Yelp Feed place before. But I was excited because there are bagels! Aside from here, there are only two good bagel places in the area. One is far and the other doesn't have the friendliest customer service. So I was happy to find The Counter. While at the counter at The Counter, they asked my name. I literally didn't know what to say: Dan or Tyler (pen name). At this point, 95% of people call my Tyler. It has unintentionally taken over my life. Somehow, this led to a mini life conversation at the counter at The Counter. Both employees were super chill and friendly. And we agreed on some life philosophies. For the food, the bagel was super buttery, which was great. I don't know why I love butter so much but I own it. Respect to the anti-herd butter crowd. The Turkey Sandwich on a Kaiser Roll (reminds me of sitting at a table by a pool in Florida) was very good, and the seasoned chips are made in-house. Most people would choose the sandwich and chips, and that makes sense. But I will go with the bagel on future visits--gotta get that butter! Definitely recommended.

While in Mooresville we found this place ! It was great ! The owner and staff were super accommodating and sweet to our little toddlers, great vibe and super clean! The breakfast Sammy/pork roll with all the fixins was incredible! We definitely return and recommend to friends !

Great little spot in Mooresville! The classic egg sammy is a definite must. Look at all that deliciousness! And I wasn't expecting such a hearty breakfast sandwich, it was a nice & filling surprise! The roll was soft & bacon cooked just right. The egg was perfect! I also got a caramel latte. It was tasty, too. The lady that took my order & made my coffee was super sweet, too! Cute ambiance inside with plenty of seating. They also have outside seating. Prices are reasonable & they serve breakfast & lunch. I can't wait to go back & try lunch!

WOW is all I can say. We're from NY and were in town for business. We looked up some places to grab lunch/coffee before our rental was ready. We came in with suitcases and ordered the caprese sandwiches and some coffee. The people working there were SO nice. The owner, Diane, came over and asked where we were coming from. We said we were from out of town and just visiting for the weekend and waiting for our place to be ready. She immediately offered to drive us to the rental. Her husband, Don, cleaned out his truck and drove us to our rental. Now where on earth do you get this kinda service?!?!? Nicest people ever, such good food, and such a cute place. Go here!!!

Wow - What a little gem!!! I am soooo happy that we finally have such a WONDERFUL cafe/ restaurant in our area! Diane, the owner, is just the sweetest & the other lady who served us was lovely too! The food was DIVINE & the coffee was good too! I'm VERY fussy with my coffee & usually only drink coffee at home but I thought I would try an iced coffee with almond milk & it's was great! The actual place has BEAUTIFUL decor & the restrooms, well, I want that in my own home! The whole cafe was SUPER clean. It was pouring with rain & Diane ended up walking my Mom to the car with an umbrella. Nevermind 5 stars - This place deserves 100 stars!

Had the breakfast burritos, they were very good. Service was good. Place was clean. Small amount of seating. I'll make it an occasional stop.

IMHO, when you say your corned beef Reuben is pretty good, I say "Aight! Let's try it!" The best Reuben I ever had was at a Jewish deli in PHX, AZ on a Christmas Day a few years ago. It HAD to be cut in 1/2, it HAD to be held with 2 hands, it was piled hi and it WAS very good! Same at The Counter. Although I still give the nod to the deli in Scottsdale, this Piled High Pastrami was very good! Piled hi, good crunchie kraut, and nice & warm. My wife had the Gnome (portobello/veggie) samich and it was also good. We both had the homemade chips as a side. Very clean, friendly and attentive staff. Def will go back and try another sandwich... need to get breakfast there too one morning.

Tasty innovative approaches to regular fare. I had the Pancake Taco that was sweet but out of this world delicious. The Egg Sammy sandwich and Loaded Scrambler were also amazing. I can't wait to try their sandwiches. This place is a real find, I highly recommend trying them out
