Very odd. I called on a Monday to get pricing for some catering for an event I am having. Didn’t get a call back for a number of days. Followed up again on Wednesday was told I would receive a quote by Friday. Still nothing and it’s now Sunday. This was a small party of 10 people and all I wanted was some sandwiches. I’m not sure why that would be so difficult to create a quote for. Either way, as someone who values customer service and professionalism I was very put off by this and no longer interested.

We love this sandwich shop in Mooresville! Even though it’s a little out of our way, it’s always worth the trip. We now make a point to drive there on Saturdays. The sandwiches are huge and packed with flavor, and the chips on the side are just as good. We’ve been here a few times now and it has never disappointed. We have not yet come for breakfast but the menu looks equally spectacular and we take a piece of their legendary crumb cake to go every time. If you’re looking for a fantastic lunch spot, this is it—highly recommend!

My family and friends enjoyed visiting The Counter for my son's grooms breakfast the morning of his wedding. The service was amazing !! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious !! I highly recommend you visit when you're in the area you won't be disappointed .

I ordered the BCT basically melted pimento grilled cheese with Bacon and tomatoes.very tastey!!! Bacon crisp 4star because ,personally I would like a hardy/crspier bread it started to get soggy towards the end .I am sure I could have requested but since it was my 1st time I wanted it the way they recommended, also maybe thicker slice of tomato. cost was $12.95 came with a side of REALLLLY yummy seasoned chips that tasted homemade not out of bag . I enjoyed it ! Perfect spot for the locals .

Service was quick and food tasted okay but was disappointed how small the sandwich was. The picture of “the godfather” is deceiving as you do not get nearly as much meat and toppings on the actual sandwich. Probably half the size of the pic. Not nearly worth the $18

I haven’t shut up talking about the Godfather sandwich to my fiance and I think I’ve annoyed her. Small price to pay because it was fantastic and honestly the best Italian Sandwich I’ve ever had. Staff was great too!

Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon & it was fantastic! The restaurant was full, but there were enough seats for everyone and the service was quick & the food was amazing (& great portion sizes!)

We typically go to the counter for breakfast, this was our first time having their lunch. WHEW, did not disappoint! One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life (pics included) and my friend said the same about her custom, made fresh salad!

Such a cute spot with great food! Service was quick and friendly. I also loved how clean the establishment was. My friend couldn’t shut up about how great his burger was. We also shared a chocolate/peanut butter cheesecake that I will be dreaming about.

Food was good! You get quite a bit of food for what pay for. The young lady behind the counter was a bit icy. It felt so awkward that we couldn’t wait to get outside to eat. The manager or owner brought us our food and he was extremely kind and chatty!
