Heard about the Counter from some friends and wanted to try it out. Went over for lunch on the weekend and it was a great experience. I had the Meatball Sub and my wife had the Godfather. Both sandwiches were pretty amazing. The portions were good and the food quality was on point. Service was really good. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. I was really happy with the experience and look forward to the next visit. I just wish we lived closer. Great job and please support this business.

Gals were selling chocolates out front and they highly recommended this place to eat. I was torn between the Godfather and the Firebird Press, but ended up going with the Firebird as per the gal at the register telling me it was her favorite.Dear god I am glad I did, absolutely devoured the first half in seconds and had to pause so I didn't devour the 2nd half.Cool little bakery+sandwich shop with super fresh ingredients and one of the best meals I've ever had.

I have had amazing lunches at The Counter but never breakfast! Met some friends this morning and the home style breakfast was fabulous! Crispy bacon, fluffy eggs and the best red bliss potatoes ever!!!! You have to go!!!

It's a little too expensive for what it offers. The food was good and so was the service. But price was high.

This place is awesome. We've tried them twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both were outstanding. Breakfast was great, we had the cinnamon roll, Acai Bowl, and Breakfast Sandwich. My kids fought over the last bites. For Lunch we ordered four sandwiches and shared amongst my family. BCT, Maggiano, Cheesesteak, and Gnome. All were delicious. The sides were great too...especially the house made chips. Try this place it's wonderful!

Upscale deli. Decorated to make for a great atmosphere for breakfast or lunch. Amazing sandwiches and salads. Great breakfast items also. Must try the Avocado Toast, my favorite.Parking: It is right beside a Food Lion, so plenty of parking.

I have ate here twice and I thought the first time maybe a fluke, sandwich was horrible couldn't even eat. Second time yesterday got the Americano and had to spit out first bite. Absolutely nasty. Not sure how it has any good reviews.

NY Review here. I mean, they nailed it 90%. I obviously got a BEC SPK. They add a smashed Red Potato to the sandwich which is like adding a home fry I suppose, but I did get it cause if it's free it's me.. it was a good addition, and I am not judging because a Hungry Man Hero on LI has breakfast Potatoes. The biggest obstacle is the Kaiser Roll. No fluoride in the water down here, so hard to get that flaky crust. The obstacle was overcome by toasting the Roll NICELY. I really have to say they came as close as I could expect. The Eggs were PERFECT, cooked till the center hits that gooey stage, not dripping. They the yellow part hits that melty cheese combo.. *Chefs kiss*.$10 for a the sandwich... Honestly I was already angry at the price, but the roll was pretty big, and they did NOT SKIMP on bacon. It was, Hardy.. And I am 6'4 350. One sandwich hit nicely for breakfast.I came with DOUBTS! The price had me SHOOK... but after eating it, I gotta say, if you need that BECSPK and you miss home, this will take you there for sure.

WOW is all I can say. We're from NY and were in town for business. We looked up some places to grab lunch/coffee before our rental was ready. We came in with suitcases and ordered the caprese sandwiches and some coffee. The people working there were SO nice. The owner, Diane, came over and asked where we were coming from. We said we were from out of town and just visiting for the weekend and waiting for our place to be ready. She immediately offered to drive us to the rental. Her husband, Don, cleaned out his truck and drove us to our rental. Now where on earth do you get this kinda service?!?!? Nicest people ever, such good food, and such a cute place. Go here!!!

Nice place. Nice people. Good food! I've had their full breakfast, it was really fresh. They're fried red potatoes, awesome. Their toast is great, because they use really good bread that they get from Jersey! The Grain bowl doesn't look too special, but is delicious. It's not the cheapest breakfast in town but it shouldn't be. Their quality is right up there with Linden bakery!! Counter and Linden bakery are the best breakfast in town! Both of them have a really good lunch too.
