Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.Used one egg for this sandwich. Was extremely underwhelming. Bagel was good. Would love to see a small bump in price to throw that extra egg in there so it would fill the sandwich! Lots of pure bagel bites without any egg. They can do better.

Sadly it’s the best place in town for a two egg breakfast.
I've yet to had a bad experience here, and I've been going off and on for over four years. Staff are always friendly, even if there is sometimes a language barrier, they are always quick to resolve problems. Food is pretty good, sometimes the bagels are a touch hard on the outside, but generally they're really fast. They also recently redid their lobby with some white paint.Parking: They're in a shared mall type of deal, sometimes on weekends or busy mornings it might take a bit to find a spot.

Placed a large bagel order with a breakfast Burrito ?.Bagels were fresh with a very large selection. The scallion cream cheese is to DIE for.Breakfast burrito was simple, fresh and customizable. Veggies were crunchy, cheese was melty, meat was plentiful and tortilla was warm. I would get this everytime.All in all this is a great breakfast spot.

The breakfast bagel sandwiches we had were ok, not great. The service, though, left a lot to be desired. I ordered coffee, too, paid for everything, was handed a cup and my sandwiches, and when I went to get my coffee in the self service area, there was none. It was only then that they said they didn’t have any (the manager was eating lunch with some other employees at a table) and asked if I could wait while they made some, which of course I could not do since that was the whole point of a to go order. Their first attempt at a refund didn’t work, so I had to come back after I dropped off the food to get my refund. And I had already paid a tip in advance, just like all those card prompts, for essentially non-service. Completely unsympathetic and unconcerned management. Just ok food. I won’t be returning.

As a former NY-er, I can say hands down these are the best bagels around. The people are all so great and friendly, and they even greet me by my name when I walk in. Great food. Amazing service.
