I generally have a good deal of empathy for service workers and don't think I've ever left a negative review before for anything. But I'm honestly just done. I've had some iffy customer service here before but today was the last straw. It was incredibly busy and the workers were clearly stressed out, so I don't blame them for having waited a half hour for my partner's and I's (completely unaltered, main menu drinks). What I do find unacceptable was the way we never received either an apology or an explanation when bringing the fact that they'd forgotten to make one of the drinks in our order and had moved on to other customers after us. The woman making the drinks at first started to argue, then got this "oh crap" look on her face and spoke quietly with the other worker. She then made my partners drink without any other explanation, and no apologies.

Me and my boyfriend went here this morning and it was awful. First off ran out of plain bagels at 10a.m on a sunday?? and then spent 6 dollars on a large coffee that was like a dunkin small. he got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was literally a frozen sandwich for 8 dollars. the employee was beyond rude and i would not recommend this to anyone.

Great Coffee & Vibe, But a Bit Pricey

I really love this coffee shop. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the menu has plenty of great options, and the staff is always friendly. It’s the kind of place you want to hang out for a while, whether you’re meeting up with friends or getting some work done.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the price. I brought my own 16 oz tumbler and was still charged over $4 for plain black coffee, which felt a little steep. I totally appreciate quality, but I’d love to see a more reasonable price for the basics.

That said, it’s still a fantastic spot, and I’ll definitely be back!

Met my daughter here for brunch. I got the Aztec mocha coffee. I just asked for light cayenne, and it was perfect. We both got a breakfast burrito. They were the perfect size, and the price was right to come back. Nice atmosphere.

The only complaint I would really have is that there was only one person working. So it was a little bit of a wait time you couldn't just like run in and out of here, but we had intended to sit and stay and eat in the establishment. It might be quicker if you're ordering multiple of the same drink, but we had different drinks. So it did take a little time to get those out. Because the woman was trying to like make drinks and food and take new orders as people came in.

This is my FAVORITE coffee shop in the area - the coffee is delicious, and they have great special drinks. I work remotely with large Photoshop and Illustrator files, and the download speeds are always really fast here. Great coffee, fast wifi, and lots of seating. Also, yummy quiche.

Only had coffee, but….. the Maple Sunrise was not only delicious, the presentation was beautiful. Relaxing and enjoyable, above and beyond. A beautiful black coffee cup and a saucer, so elegant!!

I enjoyed my visit to Coffee Republic very much.

The young woman who served me was very friendly and helpful.

The shop itself was fun, interesting, and comfortable.

The coffee was delicious, but VERY strong. I had an iced Aztec latte. It has a bit of spiciness to it. If you don't like your coffee too strong, ask for fewer espresso shots.
