This is a good location. The woman who too my order was Chyanne and she was really nice. I taught her something new with my order I had a steak melt on a waffle (learned it from tiktok)
I keep trying to give Waffle House a chance to put a smile on my face but every single time it's disappointment. Literally every one I've been to. The service was terrible and the food other than the waffles suck. The eggs were OK but there hard to mess up. They couldn't even get what kind of toast I wanted right and then brought me buttered bread that wasn't toasted. It's called toast for a reason. I won't be giving them anymore chances to disappointment...
BEST WAFFLE HOUSE IN GREATER CHARLOTTE AREA! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, FAST service. Most importantly, food was prepared perfectly - eggs delicious (over medium), tasty sausage, perfect doneness to famous hash browns (not too crispy, but nicely browned), and those scrumptious waffles. With so many locations around Charlotte that have terrible service (talkin' about new Denver NC location) or are constantly dirty, or just serve awful food, this Mooresville location...
