I won’t be visiting this location again.
Last week no one spoke to me at the speaker after a good while so I drove up and ordered at the window. There was no line or customers but I waited well over 15 minutes for my order before I ended up leaving and calling them to let them know I would be coming back for it since I was running late due to the wait. They also forgot to give me my change. Then today I ordered a son of a baconator and they gave me a burger with onion & no bacon.

The posted dining room hours are false. It says that it’s open until 10 PM and I arrived and 8:40 pm to the doors locked

I went through drive thru to place my order. They took payment and handed me my food. At this time, I noticed the cashier’s nails. They were CAKED with dirt under the nails. Not a tiny bit, it was ALOT of dirt under every nail. I thought hygiene was of importance, apparently not so much. Honestly I just tossed my food. To make matters worst, come to find out that is the manager! If the manager doesn’t care about hygiene, how do you expect employees to. If you are willing to work at a drive-through window with that appearance, can you imagine how the employees who are not seen by the public possibly look? Disgusting!! Poor representation of the company.

Went to the drive through and sat for about 15 mins at the ordering kiosk without anyone saying anything. Then my husband says “hello?” And we are told they would be with us in a few moments. Another 15 and we decided to leave, as we drove by, the drive through lady flipped us off with our kids in the car! Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst breakfast of any kind I’ve had in decades. Tough old potatoes, old biscuits with hard chicken, cold burritos and so on. The only thing I didn’t trash was the soda. I’ll never be back, ever for any reason.

Came in to grab dinner around 9:00pm stood at counter with a line behind us and in front of us. They let us stand there over 20 minutes, looking over at us every so often and not once did anyone approach the counter to take orders. They just let us all stand there as they went about their business taking and filling only drive thru orders. After standing there 20+ minutes we all just slowly started leaving until the whole line left. Nonexistent Customer Service is about the worst service you can get.

Worker threw fries upside down in the bag on purpose. Rude faces, and dead eyes. Food is cheap, and the service is cheaper. I don't expect much, but still a disappointing experience...
