Went to this location today and tried to pick up my order through the drive through. They told me I had to come inside even though I was ordering more food. No big deal. I get out and go inside and literally nobody spoke to me except the sweet older lady standing at the counter. I wish I would have gotten her name. When I got home the fries were cold and they had a hair in them!! EWWW!!! I called and talked to the manager and she told me that I would have to take it up with Uber. She did offer a replacement but I told her I wasn't driving all the way back up there. She kind of caught an attitude and told me she didn't know how to help me since I couldn't come back and that it was busy so she needed to get off the phone. I just said never mind I just wanted you to know. The funny part is that this was the same manager that was in the office the entire time that I was there and only came out to bark orders at the staff stating that mobile orders that had more than one bag needed to all go into a bigger bag. There was plenty of staff there it wasn't like they were short staffed and the drink area should have been cleaned. When I went to make my own drinks for my order the freestyle soda machine was filthy with build up from soda over splash. I almost didn't even want to get drinks from the machine but if the machine in the front looked like that I didn't want to ask them to get my drinks from the back. We did end up filing a complaint through Uber and they were much more helpful, issuing me a full refund after receiving the pictures of the hair that was in our food. I love Wendy's and I hope this helps to make this location better so that I can patron this location in the future. Until then, it's a solid no for me.

The guy running the drive through seemed annoyed that he had to do his job and he was rude, kind of throwing my bag at me. Customer service just was severely lacking.
Our sodas tasted nasty and the food was just bleh.

I just waited 24 minutes for a mobile order. Guess what? Turns out the people were just never going to tell me that they weren't bringing the food over to the place clearly marked as being where one picks up mobile orders. And they all saw me standing there. Ridiculous. On top of that, several little things wrong with the order. Unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Smallest piece of lettuce ever on the burgers instead of the "extra lettuce" I paid for for each. Wrong combo on which burgers had ketchup and which had lettuce/mayo. Just ridiculous overall. Shall go to Brawley School Rd. Next time.

My Dave’s double was disgusting. My wife’s Dave’s double had stale bun and disgusting. Dr. Pepper had to have been mixed with something else. I couldn’t even drink it because it was so gross.
Both our fries were double fried and cold.
We will not be returning, even during daytime hours.

Just left in my 42 years have never felt with a drive thru cashier with so much attitude it was ridiculous and since she conveniently forgot my receipt I have to go thru other measures so whoever the white lady cashier that was in the window around 11 pm on 2/3 you need to find another job because this one is not well suited for you

Sent my kid in to get some extra ranch. Employee told her to give him just a second. My kid was standing there and a lady walked up to counter and placed a huge order. My kid had to stand there for nearly 5 minutes waiting when she asked for ranch before the lady walked up to place order. Totally unacceptable. Wish I could give less than one star.
I been going there the last 4 mornings and have to wait at least 5 minutes in the drive thru before someone take my order and this morning I'm sitting in drive thru and no one said anything to take my order so I drove around to the windows and the manager looked at me and turned her head and walked the other way that's so very unprofessional

Worst wendys I have ever been to. Today, as usual waited 5 minutes in drive thru only to be told I needed to come in. So I did. Waited another five minutes to place order. In mean time I saw staff serving cars at drive thru. They need to 9mre-engineer this location from top down, front to back.
Do yourself a favor and go to the Brawley Rd Wendy's. I always have a great experience there.

I was so embarrassed to take my family out of town here. The cleanliness was a major issue in the bathroom, they took literally 30 minutes to make a mushroom burger. The chicken sandwich was inedible. When my mom went to talk to the manager about the situation the manager yelled at her and swore, saying that "corporate wont do a damn thing" and refusing to give her name. Awful experience and will never go back.
