Very pregnant and very hungry came to this location for fries and ginger ale. I did a mobile order to run in use the bathroom and run out. Despite no customers and only 3 on the drive thru line, it took 20 minutes for fries and a cup. Well staffed however no one seems to be working. I assume it was a manager chatting with other employers who were off, he had a different shirt on. Instead of encouraging the staff to work he chit chatted with staff and staff that were coming in for their shift. The staff appears very young maybe hs or college. They were pleasant when they spoke but customer service training is much needed.

The one dollar biscuit deal would be great had the biscuits been better quality. I was told the were out initially then all the sudden they had biscuits. I think I received a microwaved frozen biscuit, Bleh.

Food was good workers were kind. However we went to sit down and walls were grimy. Chairs and tables sticky. Windows covered in built up grime as well.

Came in at 10pm when the store closes at midnight. Staff was visibly and audibly upset that I was getting food. Women working the drive through repeated the total and pull around after everything I ordered never asking if there was anything else. Regional/Area supervisor obviously doesn’t visit this store often, and if they do, they simply don’t care!
Update after recieving food: drive thru operator barked something and neither kids meal had a chicken nugget. They threw the chicken upside down into the bag in front of me.

nah yall take EXTREMELY long. nobody is in the drive through, even if there’s less than 3 ppl working rn which there isn’t , it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get food. everything in there take 5 minutes to make except the potato. ain’t no potato in my order whym I waiting this long w no other business covid been ended
Rude manager who hates her job. Sharnell (manager) charged me $7 for bacon. She saw me looking at my receipt and opened the window and asked “what’s the problem??” and when I said I didn’t want that much she huffed at me and rolled her eyes. She said “but that’s whatchu said!”. I said “no, I only wanted one”. I saw the attitude huff and I just said “never mind , it’s obviously too much trouble for you” and drove away. I felt like a burden giving them business and I paid $18 for 4 patties just the meat. And it ended up being only a single order of bacon but for some reason I was charged for 4. I get mistakes happen, but don’t act like a child. I’ll never go back.

They take my order not that attendive then switch people, and ask me to come in and finish my order. I do this i wait even longer and watxh them open up my already made bugger to add stuff and take stuff off. Never go here again.

Couldn’t enjoy our meal . The manager was verbally disrespectful in discussing an issue with an employee. The manager continued to be loud throughout our stay. I would suggest to take an employee to the back office for discussions and be respectful.
