I placed a mobile order and the order was complete messed up. I didn’t get the correct sandwich and I asked for no onions and no pickles on another sandwich and they were still on the sandwich. There seemed to be a lot of confusion at the drive thru window. I was on my lunch break and had to be back to work so I wasn’t able to go back and get the order corrected.

Full side salads have gotten smaller. No reason to ear here anymore. Get better value at Habit burger and chick fillet

Replace an online order, and it took us about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. When we got there there was one car in front of us in the Drive-Thru line, and when we got to the window they asked us to pull forward. We had to wait about 20 minutes before our food came out. And then part of the order was wrong. I understand this may be teething problems with a new restaurant, but it really needs to be worked out.

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with Wendy's in general. I have been a loyal customer until today, I received a jr cb deluxe with brown, wilted shredded lettuce. Really??? Y'all actually sat down and thought that was a good idea??? Not to mention my fires were old and cold. So disappointed

Have breakfast there weekly. I noticed e a Chess Group meets there and plays while having breakfast. Still plenty of seating. Noticed my Croissant wasn't realy a Croissant but more like a bunch. Not sure if I got the wrong order or that is how they come. Did not look like picture but it still was tasty.

I don't know what's going on here. They had 5 people in by the drive thru. I ordered 5 min before driving up. 1150a. One car in front of me. Took literally 4 min to order. Parking lot relatively empty. No one else in drive thru. They move up. I give my mobile order info. The guy in front waits like 4 more minutes. Then I move up. Just a Dave classic combo, nothing special. I sit. They are standing switching spots, drink is there in the window. 2 min later they hand it out. Another 3 or 4 min the bag is there. Nothing... After another 2 min someone comes over to the computer. Another 2 min later they hand me the food. Burger and fries are both cold. What?
