The last 3 times my family has ordered from here they have messed up on something. They either make the wrong burger, like I was supposed to get a chicken burger and they give me a beef burger. Or they forget give us something that was apart of our order. I just picked up an order from them 20 minutes ago and they forgot to give us the fries and they made the wrong burger. The one redeeming quality is that you can get a large order for a good price. This place really needs to double or triple check an order before they give it to a customer.

On December 5th I ordered food at the drive thru at the Brawley School road location on my way home from the doctor which is approximately 15 minutes from my house. I usually use the one on Plaza drive because it's closer to my house. I ordered my wife and nephew a sandwich and baked potato each and an extra potato. The cashier asked me to pull up and wait. After approximately 5 minutes a young man handed me a bag that thought had my potatoes and sandwiches in it. I stopped at Arby's and got my supper. When I got home and started giving out food I realized I didn't have the sandwiches. I called the store and explained what happened and they said for me to come back and they'd take care of it. The woman that I was talking to asked me to tell her exactly what was missing. I didn't get a receipt. I thought they could pull up the receipt and duplicate the sandwiches. I said I couldn't remember if the baconater was a double or triple but I did order mushrooms on it and I also ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. She told me she'd get it for me when I got there. When I arrived at the window the "manager" asked me to tell her exactly what was on the order while she was holding the receipt in her hand. She said I told her it was a triple not a double and what they gave me was correct! I explained to her that it wasn't my sandwich and I didn't know it was a triple not a double. I said I'm sorry for the confusion and could I please get the correct sandwiches. She said that she gave me two bags. She didn't give me anything a young man did. She made me look like I was trying to steal a sandwich. She was extremely rude and didn't help the situation. I know, no one will read this or actually care about this. I am an elderly handicapped man who doesn't have it easy getting in and out of my car. I was not happy with having to travel in the car for another fourty minutes to get the right order! Needless to say I will not be back to this Wendy's location. Although I will be going to any other location because I've never this problem before. I'm the kind of person that whenI get horrible service I don't complain I just never eat there again. I guess they were just having a bad day. I'm sorry I didn't check the bag or ask for a receipt.

If the objective is to literally find and recruit the most clueless people on earth, serious competition here between Wendy’s and the federal government. Literally stated my order slooowly (like sloooowly), and like 5x’s, which is only the combo meal #, size, plus drink — and you would thought this was like sending a rocket to Mars. There are now 5 cars waiting for basic breakfast items. Think the bozos who work here are literally just seeing how long people will wait.

Once I finally got the right order the food was good. It took 15 minutes to get to the window and there was only 1 car in front of me and then they got my order wrong. It was the second time in a month that I was there, very similar results.

Nothing is EVER fresh and they leave food sitting!. Employees are rude. The blonde girl at the front never understands basic accommodations and the mangers are atleast 60+ and act like they hate young customers. This place needs new management! The google reviews within itself are terrible! Will not be returning.

Just left at 250pm on 10-8-2024 and the manager needs to be fired. By no means should she be speaking to her employees so rudely and irresponsibly just because she doesn’t want to use her manager code to open a register. The lady at the window was awesome! She was an older woman doing a great job and the manager wanted to talk crap to her in front of customers while she did above and beyond for us. I’ll be calling corporate here shortly.

Do not order from this store for delivery they will tell you that they never received the order and try to get out of doing work. Also on two separate occasions ordering an hour or more before closing they made the delivery person wait until the store closed, never made the food, and told the delivery person that they would not be making the food due to the fact that they were closed.
