Recently just left what a burger I ordered two burgers without bacon ask the man Did he make it without bacon he lied to my face and said there no bacon on it food as I checked the two burgers before I left the parking lot there was bacon I asked them nicely can you remake it there wasn’t supposed to be bacon, they said you didn’t pay for the bacon you’re OK that wasn’t the point I don’t want bacon I don’t eat pork I gave my mom her food so her food won’t get cold. There was a fly in her food. I respectfully asked for a refund. He said I can give you a refund for me and my partners food but not my mothers.

Avoid. Nasty people with nasty food. Rude order taker who has to own or be related to the owner because with the customer skills they had I doubt MickyD's would hire them. The place was dirty. The hamburger was some lousy frozen patty that seriously was purple in the middle on the one that we ordered. I cut a bbq sandwich.in half it had raw meat in it. The pork was pink on the inside. I threw the BBQ sandwich away didn't bother tasting it as fear that it would make us sick. My other to kids bit into their burgers and spit them out. This is when I started to cut them in half and found the burger that had something that turned the meat purple. Yuk. I don't get the attraction to this place the first and last Whataburger that I've ever been to. Can't say as I tried it. Watching my kids spit it out and the purple thing not to mention it was grease soaked and looked like an elephant had stamped on the burgers after they were wrapped. Took it all shoved it in the bag and took it outside as I didn't feel comfortable having that #&%= in my home.

Food was classic Burger joint. Exactly what you would expect. The bun doesn't overwhelm the burger. It is there just to hold it together. 8.5 out of 10. The fries are well fries. They aren't crispy, not seasoned, not soggy, Just kinda firm. To me they could used a bit more time in the fryer to take them from palid yellow to golden. They are a 5 out of 10.

I’ve grown up to going what-a-burger all my life! It’s a core memory I have with my grandpa. Everyday after school he’d pick me up and take me to my favorite spot for a burger. This was my first time coming to the what-a-burger in Mooresville. I will not be coming back for 1. The staff is rude. 2. They messed up my what-a-burger and told me it was my fault and charged me twice. Please refrain from giving this place your money. They apparently make things different at this location than other locations. Also, they loveeee to argue and go back and forth.

Came in and placed a to go order. Parked and walked in. Waited 20 plus minutes. People with orders that came in way after me were served before me and I only ordered two sandwiches. I ordered a Salisbury steak sandwich because I didn’t want a burger. The order card is marked for it. I got a burger instead. Why have a menu if you just give people what you want to anyway.
