Dirty. Staff touches cones with bare hands. It’s happened on more than one occasion. Won’t go back because of it.

First time in a Whit's. What a pleasant experience. Their selection of flavorable custards is wide and very innovative mixed creations. Products are fresh. There is a cooler of prepared products for quick purchases. Facility is very clean and well maintained.Really appreciated their veterans discount.Make sure you support this business.Parking: Plenty parking in shared lot.

The strawberry shortcake cluster is my favorite!! My kids loved their milkshakes. The young ladies are so helpful and knowledgeable about their clusters. The store is super clean.

it's Whit's... it's exactly what you'd expect: cold, smooth, custardy treats that are a step up from mere icy creams: cups, cones, and sundaes and assorted sandwich cookies and yeah, we're here for custard. not the traditional scoop-house look but it's coming along nicely - or maybe I'm just getting used to it. regardless, it's coming along nicely and it also helps that the counter people are efficient and agreeable as well. cool out today, overcast and wet... but people kept coming in while I dawdled my way through a cup o' raspberry topped vanilla: young people, older folks, families and me; everybody taking a well deserved custard break :-)

Love me some Whits! If you haven't had custard, you have to try this place. Not much seating inside m, but we ate at a table outside. The service was amazing. My son's sundae was a little messy. The young lady said, "this is pretty messy I'll make you a new one." She did and quickly. Small things like this make me come back!

By far the best custard!! So happy this new location is open to my house so I don’t have to drive to Davidson. My all time favorite is Hawaiian luau! So yummy, creamy rich and just the right amount of sweet.

I stopped in here last night after having noticed this new location pop up recently. This isn't my favorite shopping center to navigate but Whit's is in an excellent location because it's right next to Bad Daddy's Burger, Jimmy John's, and a massage place. These are all things that can lead to custard afterwards. As always with Whit's, it's delicious. The only problem is I paid $7 for two scoops of ice cream. This was including a $1 tip because it was a high enough price for a tip. However, $7 for two scoops of ice cream is ridiculous. So, I'll just make an adjustment and get one scoop of ice cream from now on. That way, low enough price for no tip necessary and less belly fat. And everything is expensive rn, but that won't last. Unfortunately, deflation always follows hyperinflation, which is worse. But it's only worse for the short term because it allows for an organic economic reset. Then again, the Federal Reserve might intervene once again and we go the route of Japan. I somehow just went from custard to deflation and Japan. Anyway.... One of the owners was operating the register and very friendly. The three key ingredients for success with this kind of business are friendliness, product, and location. They have all three. Therefore, I see success. Definitely recommended.
