Best Pizza Hut ever!!! I have been to several, I used to live in Florida and pizza is my fav food so needless to say I order pizza quite a bit and no Pizza Hut compares to this one. For starters this location cooks the best pizza compared to any other Pizza, I have no idea what they do but it is fantastic!!! On top of that they have the best customer service skills all of them are awesome and Barbie in particular goes above and beyond to meet your needs, I hope they recognize her and her team for this review. You all are exceptional! Thank you for making the best pizzas!!! You all are outstanding! Keep up the great work! See you again next week!

I started a order on their website and put my car as a black hyndai sonata but i ended up taking my white lincon. So i tried calling the place to tel them that i messed up and wanted to change my car to a white licon and they hung up on me. That is not what a customer deserves and i fee as a customer and as a person you shouldn't just hang up on someone. Especially if youre the worker and theyre calling you up for any reason.

Evidently you can’t pay for pizza with actual “US currency” here. $68 pizza tab and found out that I cannot purchase food with a $100 bill....WTF. Something about “we can’t keep that much money in the register”....double WTF. Is this place really a “business”?

WARNING: RAW Chicken!!!EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD!We ordered wings, pasta and pizza. Our wings were RAW! Not undercooked...RAW!As soon as we realized that 3 of us ate raw Chicken we called the store.Mgr wouldn't give his name, denied delivering raw food, didn't know who to call in an emergency and hung up on us! We called customer service urgent matters number and was disconnected after 5 minutes on hold. We then called poison control/Health Dept. Someone from Pizza Hut better take care of this. DON'T patronage this establishment! Im learning this is not an isolated incident!!!

Every time we order from here my pizza is assembled in the strangest way. They seem to always dump sauce and toppings right in the middle, NEVER spreading it out.. SO you're basically just getting mostly crust. IS IT REALLY THAT COMPLICATED TO SPREAD OUT THE TOPPINGS ?? BUT, I've been patient with them in the past, hoping they would get better. SO- Today the same thing happened, but this time it wasn't even cut through.. then I noticed that they didn't feel like cutting the brownie either.. and I paid extra for marinara, BUT did I get that ? NAH... I'm done. This place is a joke.

This is the WORST Pizza Hut around! They mess up the orders or “lose” the order all the time. We have had terrible service the last 4 times we ordered! I was our fault for trying it again! Terrible “I don’t care” attitude! We keep trying to give them another chance but it never gets better! Do yourself a favor and drive past this one!!

I placed an order for my family and the person taking my order had me on speaker phone. I knew that I was on speaker phone because my voice was echoing back at me. I asked him to take me off of speaker phone before I gave my card number to everyone in the place. He began reading back my card number all wrong. Again I heard my voice echoing back, so I asked him again to take me off of speaker phone. He got rude and said that my order was placed. Our pizza was definitely over cooked. The pepperoni and canadian bacon was like leather. We've had bad experiences in the past, but it had been good the last time we ordered. I don't think they can keep decent help at Shearers Rd. Y'all have got to get better before I order again.

Very bad service !! Very bad hygiene!! Not professional at all ; not even from upper management! I worked in restaurant as an AGM and I know proper protocol when it comes to proper hand washing and proper hygiene!! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Surprised if someone doesn’t contact a food borne illness or the Covid from her!!

I went to pick up a pizza 15 minutes after I ordered it (when they said it would be ready) I went in, paid, was told it would be just another minute, waited, then was told they forgot to put the pizza in the oven. The lady at the register said she forgot while texting on her phone even when speaking to me. This location is extremely unorganized and far from professional.
I called to order a med supreme and some pasta was told it was $27 when I questioned price the guy was so rude . I go on line to ck prices pizza is $12 pasta is $8 --- thinking I could be wrong I called other pizza hut and price was $21 . So why the difference in prices.

This location is by far the worst ever!! I placed an order online only to come to the store and see a sign that wasn't opening till 3 today. It seems like it's always a problem here. This is my last time coming here and I stay 5 mins away. I will drive to another one before I ever come back here.

I have eaten at a couple of pizza huts and this one ranked pretty low. The wait is so long and they don't even have a salad bar. They are dirty but the waitress's are nice.
