Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I can't believe whoever made this actually didn't care enough to make sure the quality was decent at least. First time trying the new shrimp meal and the pieces were burned and dripping with oil.

What has happened to Zaxbys? They used to have good food, now every thing is cold and chicken tenders are tiny, fries are cold, and tastes like they are hours old, bread is terrible , I'm probably going to quit eating at Zaxbys. They have also gotten expensive, but if the food was good I wouldn't mind the price. I just don't like paying for terrible food every time.

Zaxbys is my American Deli since we don't have one here. I love the bone in traditional wings dipped in nuclear sauce and those fries getting in the saucy goodness with ranch in the side and that Texas toast to balance it all out. Wash it down with a coke and a time is had. I also love their salads(Zalads) as they call them. The fried tender cobb salad is my go-to.

The service is fine in this location. My issue is that lately the fries taste stale/dried out. It has happened on numerous occasions lately and does not show any signs of improving.

Another great Zaxby's experience!! The only problem I had is that the bathroom was dirty and they had no toilet paper. Other than that, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly.

I tried to call the store several times but because no one answered I thought I would leave a review letting you know. My grandmother and I are very disappointed with our last visit at this location. We both went to the bathroom before ordering our food, and we were greeted with a not so friendly visitor while in there—a cockroach. This gave us a very bad impression of the cleanliness of this establishment and we decided to eat down the road instead of continuing to order. I’m a huge zaxbys fan, but you guys need to deal with the roaches before we return.

Our food was kind of stale, but it was good with the sauce. The service was amazing, the cashier was super nice! The best part of the experience was watching a little tiny spider in the corner of the window catch a fly! It was so cute, and we got to watch the fly stop moving!! The spider started wrapping it up, and it really made us consider the fleeting nature of life while eating our chicken, and how we're all stuck in a web, slowly dying from venom, aren't we? Great experience!

Did I just get a "lemon" or a chicken sandwhich. I was UNDERwhelmed with the quality of the meat, the bread, the taste. And OVERwhelmed by the price. I am willing to try again.

This was my first time eating at a Zaxby's chicken finger restaurant. I actually really loved the food! The service on the other hand I thought was a bit lacking but it is an all fast food restaurant nowadays. Unfortunately this is just like the rest. If you can make it past the service I would definitely eat here.
