Third time now I’ve ordered online and payed .25$ for a damn sauce packet. Third time that the meal did not have sauce with it nor did it have forks to eat the meal with. Ordered extra seasoning and not any extra.

My lunch wasn’t edible. Everything was drenched in salt!! I was up against the clock to make it back to work on time and tried calling a few times but no answer. This is by far the worst I have had from a Zaxby’s.

Terrible service everytime I’ve been here they get my order even when I say the order correctly they bring me the wrong food they don’t take any pride in their work they all just stand there and look at you like you got 4 heads they need to bring some new people in don’t spend your money here.

My wife and I have been wanting to try the new lemon pepper chicken at Zaxby's. So unbeknownst to me, she bought some home to try and I was hyped thinking how good this was going to be. I ate the coleslaw and a few fries and had a tender / strip and thought it may have been a little extra spicy. Not hot spicy but almost like too much salt. So I reached for the toasted bread that came with to try another piece of chicken with the bread to reduce it a little. Viola! A strand of hair across my slice. Instant loss of appetite...... I can't answer to the service or the atmosphere as I didn't dine inside. No thank you Zaxby's

I went to Zaxbys just for a little something for dinner but after we ordered and payed we were given our drinks and they had NO ICE in them and they said they’ve been out of ice all day but not once when we were ordering did they say they had no ice and then when we get our food this guy with long hair and makeup on just throws our food in the bag where our food was on it side almost spilling out. And this guy with the long hair and makeup is extremely rude never again will I eat here if he’s the one working.

Ok, we ordered food for 5 people, and we had to pay 80 dollars. And you would expect that they would at least think to add the sauce you ordered and put ice in your drinks along with making sure they arent flat right? Wrong. Not only did we not get the barbecue sauce we ordered, but the drinks we all flat and had an odd taste afterwards. Overpriced food which isnt even that well handled. Do better.

This is the best zaxbys I’ve ever had & been to, hands down. Chicken and fries well seasoned & sauced, and the bread is thicker than any other bread I’ve gotten from Zaxbys. 10/10. Komal and staff were doing great jobs. Very clean store.

If you are looking for gluten-free options, there aren't many here. However, my son loved the chicken tenders here.
