This place is terrible and whatever you do don't make an online order. I made an online order and paid for it. Went to pick it up and was told there was not an order for me and there was nothing they could do and I needed to call the 800 number. I immediately called the 800 number from my car in the parking lot. They informed me that in fact each Zaxbys is individually owned and I needed to speak with the manager. After multiple attempts in person and on the phone (always busy) I have yet to get in touch with a manager. I have spoken to corporate 3 additional times , each time being promised an owner or district manager or store manager will be in touch. I have yet to be able to speak to anyone who will help. I'm out $23 never received any food and can't get any help or even attention from anyone. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE and don't ever think they care about their customers, they actually stole from this one.

No idea how they have 96% rating. This was waaaaay more expensive than the Statesville location.... Soda machine was down. The cashier was the OWNER and so rude and didn't even ask if we were eating there or to go, no sauces nothing. Kept saying "is that ALL!?" after we ordered each meal (5 in my family). Food was gross and salad was very questionable... AVOID this location AT ALL COSTS.

The hype over the egg rolls is misplaced; tastes as if the spooned their coleslaw into a wrapper, and fried it in chicken grease.

Just bought two wing dinner and a order of chesse balls , everything taste like it was cooked yesterday the chicken is hard and dry and they will not anwser their phone I’m very upset about this , these meals was 11.00 a piece plus the balls ??? I feel like I have been robbed ???? if they Woukd anwser the phone maybe we could have fixed the problem ???

Got 10 Traditional Buffalo wings at Zaxbys and considering it is a fast food chain restaurant. I find their food to be wayyy over priced, once I got home they were already cold, and small portioned. Unprofessional evening shift staff had to say my order multiple times over the sound of obnoxious laughter over the intercom.

Food was okay, decent bang for the buck for what you get, but even the hottest wing sauce wasn't that spicy, the fries are decent but nothing special, the fingers were good although the sauces were a little bland, and the toast was good. The main thing I wanted to mention in this review, however, is the time it took to get my food. We ordered, got our cups, and before I had even finished filling my drink and gotten a lid on it, they were already calling my name for my food. I'd never gotten food that quick before, so I was pretty amazed at that, and that alone makes it worth coming back, even with the fairly mediocre food.Parking: The lot lines in the parking lot were fairly faded, which leads to half the cars there being parked very poorly (severely encroaching into other spots)
I've give this location many chances. Multiple times I get home with my wings or my wife brings the wings home without any sauce. Tonight she ordered extra Nuclear sauce. Get the food home, no sauce on the wings at all. They taste like old frozen wings that have been sitting around for a while. I go to get the receipt to call about them and my wife says they didn't give me a recipt. No recipet in the bag or her vehicle. It's ashamed to pay 12 dollars for some wings with extra sauce and have to throw them in the trash.

As a fast food chain I know I shouldn’t expect much. Afternoon crew was unprofessional. Made me repeat my order multiple times when I was speaking very clearly and with tone and I heard them laughing through the speaker. They got my order wrong. And as I was waiting for my food at the window I noticed the employees on their phones and my order took longer than expected. And as expected my order was completely overcooked and the wings and tenders were tough and the fries were like cardboard.
