Went to Baskin Robbins for a vanilla and chocolate shake. They were out of chocolate?? So they used chocolate syrup in vanilla. We asked to add donuts to our order. The clerk said it was too late to do that and there were too many cars in the drive through?? There were three cars behind us. They said they would bring the shakes out to us. We had to wait about 15 minutes. Both shakes were awful! - cheap mix.

Very disappointed. Had 1 girl working hard, in store orders and drive through. Another worker asked if she said she needed help, she said she did and the other worker FINALLY came out but didn't take our order. The ice cream had ice crystals throughout and was horrible. They did not have the advertised waffle cones and the regular cone they gave us were stale. We ended up throwing it all away. Solid waste of our money.

Not sure how this place is still in business. Not a single employee out of the 5 working greeted my party. All the ice cream we sampled was old and had freezer burn.

Tried to order from this place twice while on vacation and both times they were out of everything we tried to order. Sound like bad management not keeping up with inventory. We went to simply and to DQ and had no problems at either

I ordered an Oreo ice cream cookies & scoops cake for Father’s Day. The cake I picked up looked nothing like the cake online! The chocolate cake inside the ice cream cake was completely inedible! They used raspberry and butter pecan ice cream to decorate the top of the cake when it was shown as chocolate and cookies n cream. The whole cake was poorly decorated as well! Poor customer service inside the restaurant as well! Very disappointed! Will not be returning to this location for baskin Robbins or for Dunkin donuts! I ordered an iced coffee while waiting for them to get my cake. The coffee had a sour taste! Was not able to drink it!

They got my order wrong so i went back to fix it and they gave me the wrong thing AGAIN! I just left because i wasn’t going back a 3rd time, and no one was in the drive through so they weren’t even busy! They were nice about it at least but don’t go.

Sign says 24 drive thru but it closes at 7. Ice cream had ice in it & wasn't good. Gave me a fork to eat it, out of spoons! Wish I had skipped this place!
Took my daughter for ice cream at about 5 PM lights were on but the door was locked the hours clearly stated they were open. Came back another day and limited flavors and no no chocolate dipped waffle cones. Worst run/owned B&R I have ever been too.

Went to eat inside and the lobby was closed due to employee shortage.The drive-thu menu did not show all the flavors they had. We had to settle.

I ordered a cake for a party one week in advance. The day I scheduled to pick it up I called ahead to make sure it was ready. I was told they had "cake issues" and would not be able to make the cake I paid for. They were also unable to refund me over the phone so I had to go to the store to get a refund.

Was informed at the window that my flavor of choice was "a bit soft" so they put my ice cream and cone in a cup. It was almost completely melted and simultaneously tasted freezer burnt and even the cone was stale. I've never had ice cream go so wrong. Tried to call the store but no one answering.
