Extremely pleasant experience from the greeting at the door to the food and to the completion of the meal. Outstanding service, beautiful restaurant and outstanding food. Tad bit pricey but great for what you get and a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion.

We ate here in February. I know it is really difficult to maintain standards in a resort town restaurant in the low season. In spite of that the food was very good. I would rate it the best food I have had recently in Morehead City. I would absolutely recommend this to place to friends.

This is a great place to go for a special occasion because the service is fabulous as is the food. Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious and the staff took great care of us without ever being intrusive. The prices were a little higher than we are used to paying but it was well worth it for the very special evening we had on our 56th anniversary.

Everything was excellent. From the hotels to the tuna appetizer to the flight of filets to the crab cakes and Caesar salad. Nice wines. Creme Brûlée for dessert. Only thing missing was they had no coffee or teas which seemed odd. Great atmosphere and the service was just about perfect

Went with my family to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't be happier. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and the staff were all professional. It was our first time at Prime Bistro and it won't be our last.
Our evening was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. Our server was Gillian. She was quite knowledgeable regarding the various cocktails, wines and menu. Thank you Chef Matthew and his team in the kitchen. What an amazing evening. We are looking forward to our next evening there.

My dinner was perfect from the minute I walked into the restaurant where I was seated in a nice corner table! My server was a kind woman who was attentive and professional throughout the meal. My Sidecar cocktail, surprisingly deliciously luscious bread, glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, the soft creamy lobster bisque, and the three small but perfectly cooked fillet medallions with 3 sauces were fabulous.

Service could have been better and price did not match the quality of food and service, I mean I had to ask for a drink more than twice and really salt and pepper had to be requested again more than twice. Only one other thing, do people really frequent your establishment just to purchase bread? Why after what you charge for everything else do you charged $10.00 for four small rolls and charging for butters and sauces, really. Just FYI our party work in the local tourism industry and are required to recommend local establishments to our visitors. Your restaurant is not going to be high on our list of recommendations...
