Marcy Brashere is the best server in Morehead City, NC!!!!! You a whole lot more people like her working there instead of rude and disrespectful young brats that you have!!! You're the best of the best girl, never change.
I went to the Morehead City location this morning to grab some food. They have 1 lady taking your order inside and she had to put your meal together as well. While another employee was sitting in the dining area talking to customers. The other employees were in the back holding up the counter tops taking a break!!!! This is ridiculous 😒

Haven't had Bojangles is years and finally got south again. They were understaffed but got to us quick to order. Food was good as I remember. Would go again next time I'm in the south

This has got to be the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. I would rather drive 25 minutes away to the one in cape Carteret then come back here. It took about 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, which was fine, I get it if they are short staffed and running behind.
When I pull up to the window, the girl who was handing me my food was being so rude about another CUSTOMER! She was saying “you better come up here and take my spot for this next car or I’m bout to jump out of this window and slap her” to her coworker. I get my food and start to drive off and realize they gave me bo-rounds instead of fries. Looking at other reviews, obviously quality control is an issue at this restaurant. So I pull up and go inside to get my order fixed.
I go inside and head over to where you pick up your order. Nobody acknowledges me. I asked excuse me after waiting a few minutes. The lady says what? I said I ordered fries not bo-rounds. She straight up told me to get in the back of the line. Behind probably 10 people waiting in line to order. After I already waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for the incorrect order. It was mind blowing. I just straight up left without my order that I paid for. The manager here really needs to retrain this staff, I will never come back here.

The fries smelled burnt and tasted terrible, I think they were cooked in old or burnt grease. Ordered bo-rounds and instead they gave me another thing of burnt fries. Asked for light ice and they gave me all the ice they could. I usually don’t have a problem with this bojangles but recently my experience has been awful. Earlier last week there were too many people trying to prepare my 1 order of supremes and somehow my order got mixed up with someone else’s.

A Cajun filet club gets CHEESE AND BACON yet somehow I've never seen any
On my chicken biscuit the chicken was so thin and dry I could barely eat it. I will say that it is not normally this way. I was very disappointed considering I had worked late and was hungry and looking forward to Bojangles. It seems as if you order a chicken biscuit other then breakfast that they are not very good. What's up with that?

Cheddar Bo was completely messed up, could barely eat it. Ordered cinnamon twists, and received Bo Berry’s. Took them back and they said it would be one minute, and I waited 20 minutes so I just left.
