We got there 15 minutes too late for lunch menu which was our fault. We were given a menu and ordered. After we ordered, we noticed that we had ordered the exact same thing as the Pick 6 for $19.99. We weren't shown that menu. We asked the waitress about it but we're told we had to pay for order as it was given. Our total was $39.45 and not $19.99. Bad customer service. Also the food was cold and when we complained, waitress said, Sorry. Didn't offer to get hot food. Will not be eating at this place again.

First time I’ve ever left a google review for any restaurant or business. Even with this bdubs messing up my order 5+ times in the past, I wouldn’t leave a review as long as they attempt to somewhat make it right.
I ordered 60 wings tonight on Halloween for a party, and when it was delivered I had a third of the order (20 wings). I called into the store to let them know, and the manager admitted he saw my order still there and they had messed up. He said the only option was for me to drive there and pick them up - even though i paid $20 in delivery fees and tips. He said he would ‘not do anything more or less’ for me - no refund, no sending the wings, no recooking them. The managers name was Trey - very disrespectful guy and obviously has no experience with managing or in business. He offered no help at all to find a solution here unless it involved me driving there and picking up the cold wings.
Whoever the manager is, Trey, cares more about his pride than making sure a repeating customers business is made right.

Every time we come here it somehow takes the kitchen an hour to get some boneless wings out. Our server Crystal did not see us between the time we placed our order and the time we asked for the check. It is usually a bad experience here, but for some reason we come back about twice a year because we like the boneless wings.

We went to pick up a take out order. I arrived 5 mins. after the given pick up time. Just in case they were busy. We walked in and no one greeted us so we sat down in the waiting area. We were there 15 mi s b4 someone finally asked us what we were there for. Mind you several employees and a manager walked by several times, still no response. Finally when someone helped us we still had to wait and additional 25 mins. For a cheeseburger meal. This was the worst service ever. Not sure if we will be visiting again. But likely not.

Ate here for lunch on a week day. Waitress was fantastic. Food was served extremely slow, almost an hour after ordering. Waitress was apologetic and explained there was a new cook in training so that is the reason for the delay. We accepted her apology which she didn't have to provide. The cook staff should be apologizing. When finally served, food was as expected.
