Went to lunch with about 30ppl today. The restaurant was not busy at all when we placed our order. Overall, the food took over 1.5hrs to come out. I waited an additional 20-30min after everyone else in my group was served to get my food. I was the last one and ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap without any changes. My wrap was so disappointing. Very poorly made; no shredded cheese, no tomatoes, very little lettuce. Apologies were made by our waitress, but I believe Management should have addressed all of us first our wait time. Deductions should have been made to tickets without asking. The kitchen staff is lacking severely at this restaurant. Unfortunately, based on other reviews I’ve read, this is a normal occurrence at this location.

Went there yesterday. The cashier helped me add my gift card to my online order. I submitted my order and received a confirmation saying my food would be ready at 2:40 m. At 2:40, a young lady came in to order 20 wings. I got in line behind her because it was now 2:44 pm. The cashier who helped me said 13 more minutes. At 3:00 the same young lady came back in to collect her food, none of our food was done. So i asked again, where is my food? I was told they have one cook and there were lots of orders before mine. The lady that ordered 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready got her food and another man that ordered after her. At this time, im heated because they are clearly trying to be funny. Another chick who claims to be the manager tells me I was told 13 minutes ago, 3 minutes ago as if im dumb. There was a man in line 3 minutes prior so how could she have possibly told me 13 minutes while taking another customers order. After sitting there for a hour, My food came out. I had already asked to speak to the gm. He (tre) came out and said wings take time to cook. I guess I didn't know that! Didn't explain how people that ordered 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready got out of there before me. Didn't explain how 13 minute wings took a hour to prepare. I asked for a refund and told them to keep those wings that required a hour of cook time. They are liars and very unprofessional. I cant remember a time where the service was worst. The business was steady, not crowded. I still cant understand how 2 orders after me was served before me. I dont understand why the cashier wasn't checking the back after 20 minutes of me sitting there waiting before I asked for my food.

This is the second time in a row I order cheeseburger with just pickles, mustard, lettuce, and extra patty From DoorDash and they just put bacon with ground onions instead if the cooks are high in the kitchen at least tell them read the order again and do it correctly
It's been a while since I've ordered to go from here,but overtime it gets longer and longer. I live 25 minutes away, and ordered at 4:44pm. I just got my to go order and walked out at 5:49. This is absolutle ridiculousness to take 1 hour for food. I will never come here and order again. Need to find a way to at least update app, which said my food was going to be ready a few minutes after 5pm. None-the-less, there is no reason to keep people waiting for an hour +, for take out.

After we sat down and ordered, it took over an hour to get our food. The food just wasnt coming out for anyone. Multiple tables around us waited forever for food. Once we got our food, all of it was cold (not fresh). Chicken was jerky like, over cooked, and just not good. French fries were over cooked and dry. Didn't get a single refill on drinks while waiting for food until I asked. Although highly dissatisfied, we didnt want to complain and send any of the food back to avoid having to wait even longer for it to come back out because we were very hungry. Then after we finished our food, we had to ask for the check because that, like the food, took forever to come out. Surely won't be back.

Took over an hour to get out food. The other tables seated after us were fully served before us. We were told there was a hold up on the kitchen but kept seeing food come out at a steady rate. Nothing complicated or special order, just burgers and chicken fingers. Sunday night, after all NFL games started, less than half capacity, only saw 1 DD pick up the whole time we were there. Do better, please.

If less than zero stars were offered, it would be -10. The Morehead City location is the worst managed establishment in town. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work under such an arrogant man. Whoever owns this location should really take a closer look at who is running it or should I say running your business out the door. Mr Manager you need another job.
As a full time resident in a vacation town. We will never step foot in there again.
Remember, we tell 10 people of our negative experiences and 1 about an awesome experience. Im sure I will tell way more than 10 about our experience. No wonder your establishment way empty.
I got some nachos and where is the meat I only asked them to take all the hot stuff off of it and all they gave me was nachos with a little bit of cheese that is not nachos

Not busy,took an hour to get food. Cold fries and black bean burger was burnt and bun was hard .waitress was nice.not her fault food sucked.i will not come back even if they offered free food for a year.

After trying this location for a second time i can safely say we will never be back. the first time we went with a group of friends, bad experience but we took it with a grain of salt… my friend ordered tater tots, fries came out instead. of course we waited probably about an hour for our food to come out. A couple of us got boneless wings and we weren’t given any silverware or extra napkins, we had to ask our waitress for one which was a long process because she was no where to be found. After we finally found her and asked she came back with plastic to go silverware, i don’t mind but just found it kinda odd for a restaurant to not give actual silverware. My boyfriend also ordered a lemonade which she never brought, again we had to ask for it, that took about a half hour. That time the restaurant wasn’t super busy but the food was okay. we figured maybe they were having a bad day. My boyfriend and I decided last night to give them another try and i am positive we both got food poisoning this time. I got a chicken wrap which was good, he got boneless chicken. both things took over an hour to come out. they brought him bone in wings when he asked and pointed at the menu for boneless wings. I think the main reason we went here was because it was closest to us and open late but next time we will definitely be making the drive to ionni’s. Unless you want to wait 1hr+ for you food and risk getting food poisoning that’ll last you the whole next day i dont suggest going here.

I’ve tried giving so many chances. We’re over it. There’s so many hidden fees. My friend pickles were AGAIN undercooked and and still managed to take an hour to come out. Also To go is a nightmare

Horrible experience, walked in and asked about the online deal and asked if we can order it in the store. She replied no and we were okay with that and ordered it online to receive the deal. We weren't sure if the online deal was all we wanted so we proceed to ask about seating. She said she will have to ask the manager and then after asking she came back and proceeded to ask us where we wanted to sit. We told her a booth so she sat us down, seconds later she comes back to tell us to sit at the bar because the booth are for customers who will order from the menu. At this point we havent really decided if we wanted the online special or the menu items, but we decided to move over to the bar area as requested by the waitress. We then decided to just order online and get the hell out of there since their customers get treated this way. (Yes we should of just left after they moved us but we are understanding humans). We decided to proceed with our orders at roughly 11:55 and patiently waited for our food that was suppose to be ready at 12:20 pm for pick up axcording to their site. Im sitting here currently writing this review and its 12:48. At 12:30 the waitress came and told us it was just 10 more minutes the last batch was coming out right now....... at 12:45 I asked for and update and she claims she has no control over what the kitchen does.... when we entered into the building at 11:40 there was 2 customers until we ordered our food online. Alright just received my food after almost 1hr..... DO BETTER!!!

Order 30 boneless wings and received 15. Tried to call and discuss with manager who was not available and hostess was snotty and no help. $63 for boneless wings, wedges and pretzels. Picked up myself and Door Dash will not provide compensate when half order was missing. What good is a manager who will not speak to costumers when they are missing food. WOW!

Sat down around 11:45am, for lunch. My mother ordered wings. I ordered a wrap and a kids meal for my child. We ordered an appetizer. The appetizer never came out, her wings were the wrong sauce. They took them back to correct the problem but she didn’t get her food till after I was done eating (and by getting her food she received 7 of the 10 wings she ordered). There was only 1 other table in the place when we arrived. I’m not sure who they have in the kitchen but they’re a joke. Don’t eat at this BWW.
To add to this. They tried charging for both the appetizer and 10 wings we didn’t get. Spoke to a manager and he charged us for 6 wings and took the app of but still… what a pain
