We love Burger King. We decided to have burgers today because my wife had medical testing to be done. During her break from testing, I came here to get the burgers I ordered through the mobile app. Unfortunately, this time they failed to deliver on their food. We ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and an extra patty, add both onion and light mayo, without pickles and mustard. Well, it came without bacon and onion plus it had both pickles and mustard. All the burger patties had an overcooked dry texture that normally doesn't happen at Burger King. The mozzarella fries were a dark brown color and tasted off. They also did not have any melted cheese pull when bit or broken open. The service was great the front cashier was amazing. He had an upbeat happy type attitude that moved quickly. The atmosphere was standard but couldn't hear the music that one normally expects to hear. We called and the person we spoke to said he would put my name down and all we had to do was stop by and get everything fixed. We hope everything does get fixed and the next time we come here things will be better.
