As Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants, I would normally be inclined to leave a five star review, but unfortunately this last visit was disappointing due to service. The young man serving me and my family was simultaneously taking our order and yelling over his shoulder at his friend(another employee) perched on the top of his truck in the drive-thru. I am all for having a good time, but not when you are taking an order. Hopefully this lack of professionalism and maturity improves. Food was delicious, as always.
My wife and I came here for dinner with our 5-month-old baby. Amber took our order at the counter and asked if we wanted a high chair without us asking. She then went and got it and cleaned it, sanitized it, and dried it without us asking. This is top-tier customer service, and that is something we don’t see much of anymore. Additionally, the food was superb. Very great job, Morehead City Chick-fil-A—and Amber, especially. Thank you!

I don’t normally do reviews. But this deserves a brag! My family went out to dinner tonight and after researching places safe for my daughter with a peanut allergy to eat. We decided on CFA because according to Google they use refined peanut oil which is safe. I got up to the register and mentioned that my daughter is highly allergic to peanuts and asked what they recommended for her. Kiara and Kylie took the time to print out recipes for the different kids meals and went through them with me so we could decide what meal to get her. They were so kind and went out of their way to make sure she was safe. Kylie went to the back and let the cooks know about her allergy and had them change gloves and keep all her food separate. I’ve been extremely anxious since finding out about her allergy, and the lovely ladies at CFA helped some of that anxiety. Big thank you for all you ladies did!
