Asked attendant what the “maple bacon” sandwich was and he informed us. That’s what we want with unsweetened tea. We received a pimento cheese sandwich and VERY WEAK tea. SO DISAPOINTED.

I generally don't have many issues with Chick-fil-A. I mean, there are a few times where I'll mobile order a brownie, and I'll get a cookie. Either way, to me, it's not that big of a deal. Usually, the food tastes amazing! Some of the workers don't seem very happy... or they seem like they have a major attitude.

Awesome place to eat and the ice cream absolutely delicious
Went thru drive thru and have noticed last couple times the line is backed up longer than normal. Not sure if short staffed or kitchen backed up. Almost 12 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and we ordered two milkshakes.

This is the worst service I have gotten from chick fil a in a long time. First of all the line took about 20 minutes and when we asked if there was a problem the employee proceeded to say “we are holding on the food” in a very rude way. I don’t even know what that means but it was very bad service and overall bad.

Parking: The drive thru gets crazy and blocks you from getting in or out for parking
Since their remodel, lines have been extremely long, and the wait can be up to 45 mins long sometimes and the food is actually not very good anymore. Disappointed would be my description of my last visit. Sad to say but I have heard this from a few people as well.
