I've noticed that DoorDash orders often lack condiments. Additionally, the meals aren't always consistently warm. When I called to express my disappointment about the stale fortune cookies (which I didn't really care about), they hung up on me. I would be out of business if I ever treated a customer that way.

I live pretty close to this restaurant. My wife and I have gotten ALOT of takeout from there in the past. Honestly the food was good, not my #1 choce for Chinese takeout, but its the closest food and the is usually good. Pretty much a solid choice for us. When we have a long work day, don't feel like cooking. It's good, quick and close. Well.... the other night, my wife went to pick us up some food from Chopstix. It was a extremely long work day for me. I was super hungry. I ordered a beef lo mien. As soon as I tasted it. I told my wif this is horrible, not the usual. But I was starving so I ate it. Then my wife tried a bite, and spit it out and agreed it was awful. ( I know the taste cause my usual order is house lo mien) I woke up about 4am with diarrhea then a hour later throwing up. Had to call out of work. Tried to go to work the following day. Had to leave work cause I couldn't stop throwing up.

It’s not fancy and everything is made to order so you can’t be in a hurry but it’s excellent food for a fair price.
Egg rolls and chicken was not goood..If you order chicken wings you will get wing pieces and NOT the whole wing.The chicken pieces did not taste good...very disappointed

The quality of the chicken is the worst I’ve ever seen. I got chicken and vegetables and upon opening and looking at the chicken I decided to just throw out the whole meal. The whole meal was also unseasoned. I guess the sauce on the side was to make up for flavor? All around terrible quality.
