This is one of the more fancy spots in Morehead City. Fun art on the wall, lots of fancy coffee equipment behind the counter, and the best service we had on our beach trip hands down. All of the staff seemed happy to be at work, that's a rarity! I'd highly recommend this place if you're headed to or from Atlantic Beach.Parking: No issues finding a parking spot.

Did an early moring visit. And had the place to our selfs for a while. They have the most Amazing staff and Lavender and Honey espresso Latte was Heavenly.

Great concept. The coffee drinks were very good. My wife likes peppermint lattes and this place actually had one that you could taste the peppermint. We haven't seen that in a while. They have a few items on their menu that seem to be carefully chosen for their quality. Cool staff. Definitely going back.

Super eclectic industrial vibes at Mug Shot.Stopped by for a quick bite and coffee. Achieved both! The americano was very very good! I also ordered a BLT wrap. I enjoyed it even though I’m not a huge fan of sweet mayo. The small salad was really good. The servicer was very friendly!I’d definitely stop by again the next time I’m in town.

Beyond thrilled to have @mug.shot.lounge in our little #AtlanticBeachNC #MoreheadCityNC neighborhood. ☕️ We stopped in this morning for a.m. fuel and will probably be back tonight to wind down, too. ?Friendly service, really tasty breakfast, and only $25 for @johnniebud and I both to get our fill. 10/10 would recommend again. Cool new spot! Full bar with good lunch menu items. They also offer espresso drinks. I picked up a cappuccino and was happy to hear they have whole, skim, oat, and almond milk options.We just happened to stop by here on the way back to Raleigh. And will be coming again when we’re back in town.

Stopped in to grab a breakfast wrap and some coffee, and was pleasantly greeted by a group of super-friendly people and amazing service! The wrap was made to order, and delicious, and the coffee was some of the best I've had anywhere! We loved the coffee so much, we stopped by again to grab two large cups before driving to the airport back to Texas! Thanks for keeping us caffeinated and fueled!
