One of the WORST cookout locations I’ve ever been to. Cookout has always been one of my favorite places to eat, but this one has basically ruined my love for the restaurant. I’ve called corporate multiple times, filed multiple complaints, seemingly for nothing. Every single time I go here there’s something wrong; whether it being completely incorrect, differently priced each time (even though I always get the same thing), no sauces even after requesting them, rude staff, receiving basically no sides(ex: 2 maybe 3 onion rings if that’s my side of choice), and overall just poor service.

Great place to get your oiled checked ;) Thanks for the laugh guys! But honestly, a perfectly good cookout.
I only ordered a chocolate banana shake and when I received my shake it had what felt like about a quarter of a banana in it and it had no chocolate in it whatsoever also there was about a 2 inch blonde hair in my milkshake that is disgusting. I live 30 minutes from this cookout and I was not going to turn around and have them fix it but I am very disappointed. On top of that the staff were arguing.

We went through the drive thru and the person taking orders was very rude, as well as the person at the window. We waited forever for food and there was a hair in one of the milk shakes We ordered. Wouldn't recommend going here.
