I only ordered a chocolate banana shake and when I received my shake it had what felt like about a quarter of a banana in it and it had no chocolate in it whatsoever also there was about a 2 inch blonde hair in my milkshake that is disgusting. I live 30 minutes from this cookout and I was not going to turn around and have them fix it but I am very disappointed. On top of that the staff were arguing.

We went through the drive thru and the person taking orders was very rude, as well as the person at the window. We waited forever for food and there was a hair in one of the milk shakes We ordered. Wouldn't recommend going here.

My order was very wrong. The patty on my burger covered a quarter of the bun size. I asked for 2 ranch wraps with cheddar cheese and got two honey mustard wraps with no cheese.
