Worst cook out I've ever had.. fries are crazy salty. Corn dog wasn't even cooked.. Grilled chicken sandwich was the size of a McNugget .. And was microwaved hard. Never again..

Customer service is bad. Refused to give me a refill. You can get refills at dine in cookouts but I walked up to the window of this one and he refused. He said it was against the health code to take anything back in so I asked for a new cup. He refused. You could tell he just didn't want to. Also not to mention I got small crusty nuggets and they got the order wrong.

I eat at cookout all the time and have been to many different cookouts and always get the same meal. Never had any issue anywhere. Got food here today, and while eating it, a friend told me several of his friends recently got food poisoning from undercooked food here. And sure enough a few hours later I got sick. Only thing I had to eat all day was from here. Got a chicken sandwich and a chicken quesadilla. Quesadilla tasted like it’d been sitting out all day, wasn’t warm. The chicken sandwich was smothered in mayo that always was warm. Not sure if proper procedures are being followed here but I believe the sanitation score is in the very low 90’s

If your going to go to cookout don't go in the morning, the service is terrible, they all have an attitude, they cut back on the portions, overall just go during the night.

The shakes are awesome but the cheeseburgers are greatly lacking. I ordered a double cheeseburger that turned out to be a very thin patty cut in half and stacked...wth cookout...
