Slowest dairy queen I've seen and they got my order wrong

Took my card away from the drive through to another room, gave herself a 20% tip, didn't give a receipt, and got our order wrong. Wouldn't recommend here after that experience.

Food was great, service was quick

But I dont know how I feel on the (tipping service) at a fast food joint. No fast food should ask their customers for a tip especially at the drive thru I was just at.

To reiterate. They handed me the machine asking me to tip. Make sure you request a receipt so they dont tip under your nose. This is a thing this location does.

I think they have great burgers. Also a lot of people mistake it to be mostly dairy products. Hope those who experienced Dairy Queen may help influence people who want a good hamburger to try it out. The burgers are good I had one today and the price is very affordable and reasonable.

Why do I need to pull around to get my total? Wouldn't it be more efficient to tell me my total so that by the time I pull around I have the right amount of change counted out? Or perhaps I am just too much of a boomer because I insist on using cash when I can and giving exact change to try to expedite the purchase where is most people pay electronically? At least the milkshake tasted good.

Went at 9:30 pm when the posted hours of the store say they’re open till 10. Was told the grill portion of the store allegedly closed at 9… if this is the case this needs to be posted somewhere online to keep others from coming for food. I could not find anything about these “grill hours” on google or on the Dairy Queen website.

While the food is delicious and good, the only issue I have the Playland playplace, based on my previous experiences at this place. I feel like the Playplace definitely needs some changes, like the prize center is unoccupied most of the time and most of the redemption games barely work.

I get that this is supposed to be intended for young kids and it's extremely great. I love your playplace and arcade all, I feel like you should just give a makeover and refurbishment. You should just make it more clean but still make it fun for kids to enjoy.

We came in for dinner late, only 15 minutes before the grill closed. We got our food Ina reasonable time and it was delicious.

It's a Dairy Queen like you would expect. Food and ice cream available. Plenty of staff. Wish they still had butterscotch or Carmel dip cones.
