After waiting 20 minutes in line just to get the wrong order and an item missing and I noticed the car in front of me had to pull in a parking spot and go back into the store with her bag because I assume they got her order wrong as well.

The coffee is okay, but I dont think they've gotten my order right in the past 10 times I've been.
A simple iced coffee with cold foam, and they ASK if I want toppings just for the coffee to not have any toppings.
Service seems to have attitude if you dont just take the drink they made incorrectly.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They never get my order right. Literally never. I either order an ice coffee with cold foam and caramel or an iced caramel craze latte just the way it comes usually with a wake up wrap and hash browns or a sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Not once in the last 20+ times I’ve been have I gotten exactly what I ordered. Either there is food missing or they give me the wrong coffee. I am done with Dunkin Donuts and especially this one. Never again. I will drive the 6 minutes out of my way to go to Starbucks or I will make coffee and breakfast at home.

We ordered at one of the screens- our donuts came out quickly, followed by one of four drinks. Then we had to wait around 10(ish) minutes for the next three, two of which were the wrong drinks. One of the workers brushed it off when asked about it, which left us stumped. I don’t like talking negatively about service because I know how stressful it can be and the other two drinks were made well, it just took a bit of time.
The worker who was wearing the face mask, who I think said he was the cook (he said he usually did not make drinks) was great! If I could give him five stars I would. He was lovely, remaking our two drinks, giving us bigger sizes and then on top of this, giving us a bag of donuts to apologise for the wait time and inconvenience. He didn’t have to, but he did and I really want to say thank you to him. His kindness was really appreciated, even if I didn’t mind the wait!
One person in this building was friendly. We were ignored when we walked in. It was freezing in the building. I got the wrong donut and my daughters side of hasbrowns came with 4 pieces. I was so frustrated. If youre the one nice guy in there, im sorry. You were the only redeeming quality of this location.
