The food was good. As someone from out of town it wasn't clear how the process worked. Also no prices were given and when asked for the price we were just given the total without a receipt.
A true drive in experience like it used to be. I ordered almost one of everything off the menu over the course of two days. Everything is as good as I had dreamed of. The absolute best!!!!! Highly recommend and staff was amazing

Tried the shrimp burger with hush puppies and fries. The food was okay, though not my personal favorite — the shrimp burger and sides could use a little more flavor. What really made the stop worthwhile was the service. The waitresses were quick, friendly, and truly the highlight of the visit, giving El’s its classic charm.
