I (unknowingly) walked in right as they were about to close and was still greeted with a smile! There were so many options to choose from. My everything bagel was delicious and was served warm with butter. I just realized that there is another location closer to where I live! Looking forward to visiting again!

THE best bagels. My favorite lox bagel in NC! Always a favorite for breakfast. Staff is friendly, food is fresh and made to order, 10/10 recommend!

an excellent experience. I spent many years in the New York Metro area. since I've been in NC now for almost 10 years, it is the closest to a true NYC experience.
The only problem and it's not these people's fault. is that local folks simply can't handle A line And menus that are hanging from the ceiling. I enjoy going there. + in all fairness it's not the owner's fault. but the customers will spend all their time waiting for the line to advance and it seems that none of them ever bother looking at the menu, until they get to the fronts of the line. then all the rest of us have to wait until the Royal Entourage decides what will Grace their tender pallets on this fine day. if North Carolinians could simply Master this skill and one other, the quality of life and NC would instantly and forever improve. The other talent North Carolinians g unable to master? STAY OUT OF THE LEFT HAND LANE UNTIL YOU NEED TO PASS, THESE TWO SKILLS TOGETHER WOULD UNBELIEVABLELY IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THIS BEAUTIFUL STATE.

These are without a doubt the BEST bagels. They’re soft, fresh, and the cream cheese is incredibly fluffy. The staff is also so sweet, hardworking, and quick! The cheddar bagel is out of this world.

Giovanni’s Brooklyn Bagel serves up decent bagel sandwiches, but for the price, the value just isn’t there. The bacon, egg, and cheese came with just a single thin strip of bacon—hardly the hearty breakfast you’d expect at a “premium” price point. The Brooklyn Monster followed the same pattern: tasty, but definitely not worth what it cost.

If you’re in the mood for a solid bagel and aren’t too concerned about portion-to-price ratio, it might hit the spot. But if you’re looking for a real bang for your buck, there are better options out there.

While I appreciate the business being available in the community, it’s not one that I would personally visit again. The egg and bacon is microwave quality, so unfortunately I feel that it’s severely lacking. As a born and raised New Yorker, I wouldn’t compare this to anything you’d find in New York. I’ve tried them on 3 separate occasions and unfortunately cannot see the value. Again, I am appreciative of the business being available in the area, but I wouldn’t recommend. Wishing all the best!
