Just encountered the owner (we presume). He walked in, griped at his employees, took over from the girl taking our order, and then proceeded to screw up our order. Consider changing the name to "Angry Cow."

Overlooking the MHC waterfront theres no better way to cool off on the docks.
1 scope is 3.50 in a cake cone. The cappuccino crunch was a little soft...as was the Bonana Pudding. Flavor was excellent.
Happy Cow is delicious, but also charming bc of its employees and location. Such a relaxing and fun thing to do on a hot day.
