Went in for a nice meal with my fiancé, only to face a very uncomfortable situation. The waitress, Diane, that was supposed to take the order, apparently refused to. Yes, I used to know this woman years ago. I’m not sure why she had to act so unprofessionally. I felt the tension the entire time when I was just there to eat. The manager (took her place), however, was extremely kind and the food was really good. Unfortunately, I’ll no longer be going back here since it’s apparently an issue

We love going to this IHop for breakfast! We’ve been fortunate to have Iyonia as our server the last two times we visited IHOP, and she is truly exceptional! From the moment she greeted us, she set the tone with her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. She anticipates needs before you even realize them, always with a smile and the kind of energy that makes dining out a real treat.
She is a consummate professional who clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. We will absolutely be asking for her again and again. IHOP is lucky to have her!

We visit Aha regularly, and we got one of their signature dishes. This case, when this IHOP, the waitress argued with me about what came on the Pancake that we ordered, it had The Nut butter inside, and she told me that it didn't when we had just gotten IHOP the day before in a different location, and it had The Nut butter all through it. She was very rude and very dismissive.

On arrival we were told 15 minute wait which was completely acceptable, we ended up waiting almost an hour again totally fine we were just hungry and understanding. We finally get to the table and the waitress was immediately rude with a disgusting attitude they looked short staffed so again we were understanding and super nice she got our drinks and immediately wanted our orders. She checked on us one time after getting our food with attitude , never came back for refills or our check another table next to us had to ask the manager for their check as well as did we. We were honestly ready to get out of there. The food was amazing though pumpkins pancakes were a hit. Absolutely awful terrible service, not once did she smile greet or had a positive attitude. Manager was very nice and apologetic we got our refills to go and left.
Everything is Always good here. And a plus for gf pancakes

Literally stood at the counter for a table for over 8 minutes nobody greeted me. Was not busy just 1 group of women in the whole restaurant. ****UPDATE**** 7-15-2025 I have talked to James, and we both definitely agree that this was a good opportunity to do some training up. I understand we ALL have bad days and this incident should not be the end all!!! This is a perfect opportunity to bring attention to whatever is happening inside the restaurant or your personal life you have a job and a service to provide. That service may not always be a normal SOP protocol, but acknowledging a customer is. Even if its with a hello, I have an emergency we are dealing with in the back could you give us a few minutes do deal with it? We are on a skeleton crew... Something.... Anything........ just acknowledge someone is there!!! But with that being said this was handle super professional and I am extremely satisficed with the results!
