Every time we eat here, it is wonderful! Such quick service, a fun atmosphere with their open pizza kitchen, and the food is phenomenal! The pizza is some of the very best ever!

Amazing views of the marina and waterway. I had a giant wedge salad and meatball mac and cheese appetizer. The wife had a modified BLT. All the food was very good and our sever was exceptional! Fast and friendly! Price was very good for beach front views!

Dietary restrictions: They don’t fry anything to limit cross contamination of seafood. My wife can’t eat fries and other fried items because most places don’t have a dedicated fryer for seafood items

Parking: Multiple bars with specializes cocktails. Indoor and outdoor dining! Many different places to enjoy a drink or a meal in this establishment

Very disappointed in my visit to Jacks Saturday. I arrived at 4:15 and had a party of 7 for dinner. Was told there was a 40 minute wate. I accepted and gave them my number to text me when table was available. 50 minutes later I checked to make sure they had my number correct and was told the did and I would get the next table. Several people went in after that and 25 minutes after that discussion I ask again at 5:30. After waiting in the stairwell for an hour and 15 minutes I was informed they would not be able to seat us at all. This was very disappointing as I had been there several times before and loved the pizza and service we received. I took 5 people with me and my wife for their first time and you can imagine how I felt after telling them how great this place was.

Great location. Our food was good for the price. Service was so-so even though they weren't busy. I'm assuming they're short staffed with it being the off-season. We'll give it another shot soon.

I went to the downstairs bar and ordered a glass of wine. All the wines are Mark Stone. I did try each of them and picked one. It was so bad, I threw it away. The bartender told me if I didn’t like one Mark Stone, I wouldn’t like any of them. And she was right. The bartender sent me upstairs to the restaurant and I tried the Pinot Noir. It was a Mark Stone. It was terrible and that bartender told me Mark Stone wines are not good. Why would you continue to sell something that even your bartenders know are not good. I literally threw my 1st cup in the garbage. After all the years I’ve been there, I’ve at least had options in the bar that were tolerable. This was just taking someone’s money.

The staff was rude. They're more interested in hanging out in the corner talking among themselves than worrying about the patrons. There was an emergency situation with a customer that night and they handled it so poorly and without any type of medical protocol. We were grateful to see the ambulance arrive and take over.
