The guy making the sandwiches made all the difference. He was awesome. Super friendly and even gave my little sister a free cookie.

Female employee was so high she was unable to comprehend orders. She repeatedly told customers she didn’t get any sleep the night before. At one point she tried to cram 6 sandwiches into one small bag. Employees had personal belongings on one of the 4 tables available in the restaurant and never offered to move them. This is the first poor service I’ve received at any Jimmy John’s.

Honestly the slowest JJ I’ve ever been to? Ha. Seriously man at the register taking his sweet time, needed me to do the card three times because he didn’t know the POS, one other employee working at the speed of a gas-station subway. Honestly, as fast as your average chain burger but not “subs so fast you freak”

Ordered on the mobile app, arrived 15 minutes later but the order hadn't even been started. Waited in curb side for another 15 minutes, still nothing. Went in to check on it and one person said they'd get STARTED on it. I then over hear the other person tell her they can't put our order in front of the other tickets. I stepped up and said I dont want to be rude but the table that I just saw get food walked in After we had checked in. She then was rude and said they weren't going to change the ticket order, I opted to just get a refund. It wasn't even upset until she decided to be so rude!

Ordered on Door Dash, but was unable to have my order made due to being out of bread at 8:30pm. Why even bother to be opened or have your Door Dash online? I guess expecting a sandwich shop to have one of the top main ingredients of a sandwich is asking too much. Especially during business hours.

Ordered online. when I got there to pick it up, it hadn’t even been started. Had to wait another 20 minutes. I ordered a chicken Philly and ended up with a steak Philly . Very frustrated.
Disappointed. Tried to use March 4, 2025 promo for free 8in toasted sub at my location on app. App said code already used. Same for others posting on Instagram. Not sure what that was all about. As for this specific store, I order quite often... Each delivery is taking longer and longer. I called once and was told the driver just left and then employee continued saying hes being held up at a stop light at the moment... The person was at my door by the end of the employee's sentence.

After wasting our time submitting a review on online a Jimmie johns we get an automated message saying the store are individually owned and they never contacted us so now instead of just being pissed at the Morehead city Jimmie johns I'm never going to any other Jimmie johns. Over labor day weekend me and my wife split a gargantuan. Well after a couple bites my wife pulls a hair about a foot long out of her sub with lettuce and tomato still attached and looks over at the counter and gets the attention of multiple employees and the one who made the sandwich laughs and goes oops my bad want me to remake your sandwich. My wife was so glossed out we just left.

We got there right after they opened at 11am, Once walking in there was a child laying in a booth with it a blanket and food watch a tablet. Kinda weird since no parents were around, we did our order and the girl didn't really know what she was doing taking our order. Didn't have a pen for me to sign our receipt so she gave me a marker. We didn't even get our drink cups my husband had to get them. Once we got our food we realized we forgot to ask for pickles, so my husband went up to ask for some since we forgot to ask for them being distracted with a child yelling for his mom to fix his tablet. They told us we had to purchase pickles for our sandwiches which pickles are supposed to be free. Didn't seem like this store is ran correctly, definitely not going back here again. Worst experience ever.

Glad I read the reviews before I wasted my money
Dead slow in here but took like 10 minutes to make our two subs ? Granted he was trying to teach the new guy but dang, so much for freaky fast. Plus the new guy had a mop of hair all in front of his face hanging over our subs ? Yummy. Love some hairy subs. What a joke. Won’t be coming back here.
Ordered delivery at 7:50p.m. At 8:50 p.m. we received a phone call telling us they forgot to call but voided our order because their delivery driver left early. They never even gave us a chance to have the order made for pickup. Calling manager in the morning because their customer service is seriously lacking and the caller was rude. Won't order from them again.
