Ordered a giant #2 with double bacon 03/30. The sandwich in my togo order had not one piece of bacon. Called several times and no answer. Just unacceptable. The extra bacon I did not receive was $8 alone.

Wow. decided to fill an order placed after mine. called me 3 hours before an event where I was planning to feed 40 people. and will have my money for a week. apology was very weak. I have heard after the fact that this has happened to a few others. DO NOT order from here for a group, ever.

My reason for giving this store 5 stars is because of their exceptional customer service. I contacted the store to see if they were able to deliver food to my son at wrestling tournament. I was running late and I still had over hour drive. I wanted him have a healthy sandwich. When I called they were happy to assist me. Although, I was able make it to the store and order the sandwich I was appreciative of their support! My son had the absolute pleasure of trying the Turkey Bacon Sandwich combo at Jimmy John's, and he can't stop raving about it. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly. They spoke to me as I was leaving the store! Kudos to Jimmy John's!! I'll definitely be back to this store location in the future❤️

There is an employee who brings her baby to work with her every day. The baby is near the kitchen, sometimes in the kitchen. It is annoy to have to listen to a baby crying, not to mention it seems like this is probably a health code violation. I will not be returning.

Went in and immediately turned around & left. The lady at the register had several children running around the restaurant and one baby in a high chair that was covered in food right next to the register. I don't expect my food to be prepared in a childcare setting. Yuck.
I love jimmy johns and I always order here. Today I ordered at 11:46 and had to call at 12:39 because I have not received my order. They said that the driver was just now on their way. I I my get a 1 hour lunch break and I didn’t even get to each lunch because there is only a certain amount of time that I get. It’s ridiculous having to wait almost a whole hour to get it. Very disappointed. Had to call and cancel the order because I ran out of time and my lunch break was already over

I used to come to this Jimmy John’s every week because of the amazing service and freaky fast subs. Over the past few months I’ve noticed it going downhill. We stopped by today and ordered three subs that did not come with tomatoes or lettuce. We received extra lettuce and tomato of which were slimy and old and inedible. The bread was old and falling apart and the store looked awful. Underneath the counters look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, and the dirty baby high chair and baby supplies strewn about the store is definitely not hygienic either. Will not be returning again.

Ordered at 1:56 pm and it was 2:43 before it was out for delivery. Called the stores after waiting 15 minutes (just expected the whole freaky fast I suppose) they were waiting for the "chicken to thaw out". I guess failure to prepare really does mean prepare to fail. Food is decent, just be prepared to wait. Eating in or ordering. Definitely not fast food by any means.

Chicken Caesar wrap was inedible. I think the dressing was just plain mayo, not Caesar dressing. The wrap fell apart because there was so much mayo on it. Worst wrap I have ever had.
