Today the chicken was so fresh!!! The pieces were very big & so crispy!! Some of the best chicken I have eaten 😋. The potato wedges were also crisp. The iced tea & biscuits & other sides are always very delicious. I love the pot pies too. The employees are always polite & the service is quick. Thank you all for your hard work. Keep it up!!!

Well we really enjoy kfc usually, yesterday my wife ask me to go get us an 8 piece meal because she didn't feel like cooking or going out so i.did... well I go thru thr drive thru order our meal they ask me to pull around to the side because there was a 7 minute wait on original recipe.. OK so no problem well after about 8 mins the young guys brings it out bagged up I told him thank you and sat the bag of food beside me in the bag never thought I would have to check it since it was just cooked well. I am coming home to newport and am coming to the red light at 70/24 well when I went to put on my brakes my bucket flips open and 5 pieces of chicken go sliding into the floor board because whoever bagged it sit the bucket of chicken on top of the box of biscuits and I couldn't see it and when I sat it down it sat down fine but once I applied my brakes there went my bucket of chicken flipping over and all but 3 pieces end up in the floor so for almost 34 dollars I got 3 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits with mashed potatoes and their awesome coleslaw but to say the least I am upset about my chicken and I have called them numerous times and can't get an answer so if your thinking of going to KFC DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON ARENDELL STREET IN MOREHEAD CITY NORTH CAROLINA if theirs a problem you can call and call and never get an answer OK just wanted to let everyone know about that KFC RANT OVER everyone have a very good gay

If there was a -5☆☆☆☆☆ That's Absolutely what I would give Every KFC especially This one here in Morehead City next to the Hospital... there is a very evil presence here.... Manager Christy and Her Manager Trey Whitaker handle a possible simple easy refund... into a police situation... when their staff prepared my food that I paid for and had a receipt with the correct info on IT... that THEY made incorrectly... and wouldn't repair it... I just wanted a refund and they wouldn't do anything... except call the police on a ill, older, lady who just came from the Hospital.... just trying to get lunch for herself and have a Nice picnic by the water turned into a HORRIBLE AFTERNOON....BC of a Refund smh 😑 ....PEOPLE OF GOD DON'T EAT HERE! DON'T EAT HERE PLZ PPL OF GOD, DON'T EAT HERE.....

The food was good. Service, they acted like that didn't want to wait on us. Of course we was a party of 5. And the restaurant was empty, this was at 7.00 on a Sunday and they didn't close till 10. Keep in mind I drove 6 hrs to get up to this town and was looking for something to eat ( on vacation to the beach )

This is the SECOND time I ordered KFC from the app just for the hot honey chicken sandwich just to not get it. The one and only time I actually want to eat KFC y'all keep getting orders wrong and it’s ALWAYS from this location every single time. I don’t know what y'all deal is but yall better get it together, and another thing, money wasted every time dang time for this EXACT location. And yall wonder why you get bad reviews. Do better, wouldn’t recommend ordering from here since they like playing in people faces.

I absolutely love KFC chicken, compounded by the fact that I don't get it often. So excited to get it this evening and it was by far the worst cooked chicken I have eaten anywhere. Breading was hard as a rock, and the chicken was overcooked until it was dry. The biscuits were like trying to eat a hockey puck. So disappointed. Not willing to give up on my favorite chicken, so I will be back...Hope to upgrade this and count it as a one off.

I smell old oil in the air and there not wearing gloves preparing the food to be cook and not wearing gloves put the food in the box they use there bare hands and the manger is doing nothing about the food was dry the chicken was dry and the nuggets was the worst part it was raw like wth do better or I'll never come back
Stopped by yesterday to try to the new chicken and waffles! I’m so happy I did! The chicken tenders were crispy and hot. My meal also came with a side, I chose the fries! KFC fries are the best fries! The waffles were also a good size and delicious. They tasted like fair food! They are a little dense and they are thick but if topped with powdered sugar they would be amazing just as a snack on their own! I recommend giving this menu item a try!
