In the past we have gotten hard unpleasant biscuits from KFC but the biscuits we received in our 2 piece meal today at lunch were perfect. Tender moist delicious. I thank the cooks for doing it right. We will definitely eat here again!!! Linda

The chicken nuggets I received were not edible. They were hard and smelled like they were cooked in old oil. I tried to call but no one would answer the phone. I had to cook supper when I didn’t feel like it, being sick. My last visit there!

Angelina, the manager, and the little girl working the window were wonderful! They were so patient and helpful! I haven't rated the food because I haven't eaten yet. I did not go in the restaurant to rate the atmosphere. But the service was exceptional!

I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. I had it delivered because I work twelve hour shifts. Now I get to be hungry for the next ten hours. I have the receipt, clearly no one checked it.
Dietary restrictions: Due to a medical condition I can't eat meat without putting it in the gravy to soften. I was given two bowls of potatoes which I can't eat at all. No gravy even though the receipt shows just gravy. Now I have to be hungry for the next 10 hours. And I'm out $22.00.

Food was fare (a bit dry), didn't get our biscuits thou! My biggest complaint is no butter available for biscuits; if you get your buscuits! Also the coleslaw was very dry (no juice in it at all, almost like just plain dry cabbage!)
Pulled up and Manager handed a drink, stuck his hand out for payment me the handed other drink, then bag of food without ONE word said.. probably the most unfriendly uncomfortable transaction. Food was as ordered and hot.

Usually the food is great...this time the chicken was VERY dry; so we were disappointed. The staff is fast and friendly, but please do better with quality control. It's as if the chicken had been sitting around a long time AND it was dark meat, that we requested, so it should have been juicy. Not sure if we'll go back.
