Usually the food is great...this time the chicken was VERY dry; so we were disappointed. The staff is fast and friendly, but please do better with quality control. It's as if the chicken had been sitting around a long time AND it was dark meat, that we requested, so it should have been juicy. Not sure if we'll go back.

I came by the other day to order through the drive thru. Computers were down, understandable. Said 30- an hour to get back up. I left and came back a week later. Ordered again and my tenders were rock hard and extremely cold. I couldn’t finish a single one. The worker was nice, food was just not good at all.

Everything was wonderful except for this rude customer. She was mad at the employees because they were slammed in drive thru and they were answering her questions. They she left. The manager was telling her crew to stock up when the same lady came back the gentleman yelled front counter. The manager walked up to take the order when she just started yelling at the manager because she wasn't already at the register. So I just wanted to say thank you to the KFC crew for their hard work.
My wife and I stopped in on Oct 7, 2023. It was about 8 p.m. and one of the female employees seemed like she was just aggravated with us while ordering. There was no reason. A few of the other employees were in the back of their work area, and yelling and fooling around. The Chicken seemed like it was cooked way earlier in the day, and extremely soggy. The dining area floor was sticky, and the tables were not clean. Very sad to see that.

A cheerful voice at the drive thru greeted us and took our order. I'm not used to that. The young man that took our order also took our money and served us our food. He was cheerful and had a great sense of humor. I hope he goes far in life. Oh, and the chicken sandwiches were excellent.
