Drove an hour to eat here and it was one of the worst times I’ve had. Erin is very rude and impatient. She paid way more attention to the customers at the bar than she did the table(s) she had. Within 20 minutes of us being there the bar emptied out but maybe one customer so “busy” isn’t an excuse. We waited forever with empty cups, my husband got a medium rare steak but it came out blue rare. His Mac and cheese didn’t come out with his food. Had to wait for her to come back to ask for it again. I asked for a well done steak and got medium. It was sent back and I guess left on the counter then brought back out because my sides on my plate were cold and the steak was cooked to the same temperature it was when it was sent back. Also Erin only came back once after our food was dropped off so we had to sit and wait for someone else to walk by to tell them. Thankfully it was the manager and he was nice but we will NEVER be back. And for you Erin maybe you should learn customer service before being a server!!

The waitress was great, the food was good, but we almost walked out due to an overpowering odor of stale smells throughout the restaurant, of carpet needing cleaning or replacing.

Unfortunately, they were out of filet of any size and 8 oz sirloin steaks. So we ordered a ribeye and a porterhouse cooked medium with 2 soups, a salad, a sweet potato, and a fully loaded baked potato. The problems were as follows: 1 soup was barely warm at best, both steaks were overcooked, we got a baked potato instead of a sweet potato, and the sweet potato that was finally cooked was hard and actually held onto the fork. We were told that the sweet potatoes had been coming out like that by the manager. Now, mind you, we spoke to the manager earlier before ordering because after waiting 30 minutes to sit down, we were told they were out of those steaks when we went to order. The server we had was never promt about our drinks. I had to request that the manager have him bring me a refill, and then we had to ask another waiter to get him to bring refills again. He didn't even check with us about our food until I waved him over to explain all the wrongs that had first happened. The second time the steaks came out they were undercooked, but we took them because we were very hungry and it had already been almost 2 hours. The only 2 good things that happened were that they gave us a free dessert and took off $15 from our final bill.
The wings French onion soup Strip steak and lh salmon was great.

Pleasantly surprised. My last experience with Longhorn wasn't so good. This one was exponentially better. Got a ribeye, medium rare. It was actually medium rare and was melt in the mouth delicious. Cooked with butter, tons of flavor. Ceasar salad was great. Got the honey brussels, just so so. Should have gotten mashed or baked potato instead. Service was great! On point and very attentive. Total bill was $75 for three people, bit of a (good) shock for the quality of the steak. Glad I gave it another chance!
