Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I mean the tour of Italy is one of the upper cost menu items and when I get it to go i get barely half a container. Pretty disappointed. The employee who brought to me dis forewarn they were busy tonight. But I dont see ably real reason not to fulfill a portion.

We had 12 people. The initial staff were great! The waitress, Stephanie for some reason must have been having a bad evening for the first 45 minutes. She got a bit better, a while later. They were out of some items, but the food was great!

PLEASE DONT EAT HERE THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! There is literally mold growing on their health rating sign and on multiple occasions had guests say something because as they were dining in a roach either climbed up the wall, on the seat, OR EVEN ON THE TABLE. They have had roaches crawling in the ice where your drinks are made and the only solution was to empty out the ice and refill it with ice. The salads are not covered at all in the back and there’s no telling what has touched that food because there’s nothing on top of it. The bathroom had a urinal leak that got all in the back of the dining area and it was not closed off despite the sewage smell and soaked carpet only a caution sign was put out. The silverware constantly come out of the dishwasher still caked in food and are left on a counter where there’s constantly bugs. This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been at. Please if you care about the cleanliness of your food never eat here again.

First visit back in some time for whatever reason. I was impressed with the food quality and the service. Kirk was an excellent helper. I will be back sooner now.

If you haven’t heard they brought back the stuffed chicken Marsala and the steak Gorgonzola. So excited! Way to go OG!

James is the BY FAR! The best server I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Out of like anywhere I have ever eaten.

Olive Garden is Olive Garden it’s decent and cheap.

We come in for lunch frequently. Everytime I’m crossing my fingers hoping he’s our server.

Ordered soup and salad. Had zuppa toscana which was luke warm. Then ordered chicken gnocchi soup which had 1 gnocchi in. Basically got a bowl of broth. Showed it to waitress and she told me it was hard to get the dumplings out. Didn't offer to get me any. Was not happy..

Had the best waiter, hope was one of the friendliest waiters I've had in all my dining experiences. This was my first time trying olive garden and I was blown away at how great the environment was at a chain resteraunt.

The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, and hospitality of hope was the icing on the cake.

Was greeted by the general manager, which was surprising, so it should be slow night. After the hostess sat us at our booth we waited a good 10 min before pressing the call server button. No one showed up. Was sat at a table with no server for over 30 min, couldn't even bring us a drink to keep us at a table to pay before we left walking past the same manager who said thank you. Needs major improvement for a normal olive garden experience.

Food was Ok, nothing special. Service was outstanding. I've had better from a frozen meal. Lunch, they give you a very small portion.

The food was great. The service from Patricia H was horrible. She just wasn’t a pleasant server. If we ever decided to dine her again and she was our server I’d either request to be moved or likely wouldn’t even eat there. Attitude was piss poor.
