Got seated right away and our waitress was very nice. However they served the smallest salad ever in that great big bowl with no refill, they were out of cheese! (they did have packets, but still), only got 1 bread stick each and the taste of the food was sub par. Very disappointing cause I love olive garden.

The service was average with no complaints other than what I ordered was missing an ingredient. I wished the waitress had remembered to tell me. They took care of it by thankfully by not charging me. As a chain restaurant it isn’t bad just average. I feel prices are way too high for the quality of food. Salad was drowning in dressing! Waitress was nice just not exceptional.

The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was good. It did take extra time to get our food, which our server was very kind about it and kept us updated. It wasn't a big deal. I wish it hadn't cut into our putting our son to bed time, but things happen. We will DEF go again because things happen that you can't control, especially in restaurant kitchens. Thanks!

So I don’t understand why you would hire a handicap person that cannot talk right, talks with a gay lisp, spits while he talks, has some sort of Tourette’s headshaking thing going on, as a waiter..so he’s shaking his nasty dander over our plates of food, spitting and just odd.. Nothing against this poor handicap guy that is trying his best to do his job,(he did his best) but understand that you do not qualify for that job and that falls on the (management )for allowing this person on the floor. My food was good.. But because of this issue with my server, it made me and my table uncomfortable to eat our food, and we were more grossed out because he kept coming over and spitting over our plates… so next time I think we’ll just hit Longhorns and hope for better luck with a server there.
Was seated, waited almost 15 minutes and no server ever showed. When I left, there were 4 or 5 people gathered at the front desk, including a manager. I told them what happened on my way out and nothing was said in response. This isn’t the first time this sort of thing has happened. This OG location is hit or miss. If you have plenty of time to kill, then by all means.

Extremely welcoming and the waitress was quick and attentive. It peaked out with our waitress. They sat us in a booth which was ok sorta (their booths are smaller than average) and of course, the table beside and to the right was young couples with children which I think is great seeing young parents finally experiencing the outside world again. The issue is there was plenty of room to be seated somewhere where the decibel level was slightly lower. That Wasn't the main issue, It takes a lot for me to even say something to my friend, I order food at most restaurants that really can't be messed up. Lightly breaded spicy shrimp and red and green pepper. Well, the peppers were ok. The shrimp were spiceless, not even warm. I could have even handled those issues, but the shrimp were like pieces of rubber, no Heimlich (a maneuver to help someone choking dislodge the item so breathing is possible again.) for me tonight. Sometimes these things happen even at the best restaurants. Again several things can turn good food tough or rubbery. Taking away those few things wasn't a bad experience.Parking: If you're pulling a trailer park in back. Good size spaces in front.
