Don't order from this location. Just don't do it. Normally, Papa Johns is my FAVORITE pizza delivery place. But this location always misses the mark. Multiple times I have ordered and ALWAYS the pizza is half cooked. It ends up being a $20-$40 disappointment. The best part of ordering a pizza from them is the garlic butter I end up not being able to use because my pizza isn't cooked enough to eat. It is sad that they do not care enough about their customers or their own reputation to just cook the pizza completely. I will NOT be ordering from this location again.

Just placed an order for pizza delivery at 741pm on a Wednesday night. The store called 10 minutes later and said they could not deliver the pizza because they were closing early tonight. But wait, the employee informed me the good news was they would refund my card in 3 to 4 working days! Wow, I really had no idea I business could run this way.

My mother has health issues to pepperoni and as we called to address the issue and request a refund they hung up on us multiple times. This place is absolutely unacceptable in the way they handle situations. Stacy, the manager was immature in the situation and had her employees hang up on us multiple times. She would not give us information to let the owner know about the situation concerning my mothers health. Absolutely unacceptable and I wish I could give 0 stars.

The staff was fantastic. The space is perfect inside, nice and quaint. I tried many good pizzas around in Morehead. This pizza totally blew my mind with its texture and taste. I got nonalcoholic ginger beer and margarita pizza. I can tell that the pizza was really good. And ginger beer has a really strong flavor with good spice. I will miss that pizza.

It was worth the wait. We had about 30 minutes wait for a table on a Wed at 1 pm. They had a cute bar next door that we waited in. Overall, it's worth it. My favorite pizza. A must-try!
