This time, the food was not as good, but that does not mean I won't be back. I love this place!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramps in the parking lot, wide doorways, and 1st level seating. Actually there were 2 customers in chairs when I was there.

Got a Ribeye 12oz for 25 and was extremely disappointed. I know ribeyes are a fatty steak but the issue was there was no meat to eat, just sacks of fat. 1st and last time there. Have pictures for proof but unable to load for some reason.

I have been twice in the last few weeks. The dinner was good but not great. I had the salmon and really didn't care for the glaze. The onion blossom pedal appitizer is great. The broccoli was over cooked, but I still would go back.

My husband and I had dinner last night and it was absolutely fantastic. What was even better was our server Shelby. From the beginning of our experience with her to the very end before we left she was super pleasant, friendly, attentive and met us with a huge smile every time she came to the table. The food is always great but it makes the experience so much better to have such a great server. I only hope that we can get her every time we come!

We have eaten at this location for years and the food is good with reasonable prices. The only issues we have had have been with takeout. Mostly, they will forget our dessert. But this recent visit was very unpleasant. There was nobody at the pickup area of the restaurant, I waited around for someone to assist me, and once I finally did speak to a server, they were extremely condescending towards me, talked down to me, and acted overall very rude and unprofessional as if they were upset I was even there to begin with.

I want to give this location 5 starts since we've enjoyed the food and service has been mostly good, but this location desperately needs to improve their takeout section and their staff.

Took the kids in last night as we were running multiple errands…Gavin was an incredible server! He needs to teach a class on how to treat customers. Kudos!

Took me an hour to get our food

Service was great. Appetizer ( potato skins) was awesome! House salad with ranch was perfect! 10oz Ribeye cooked just right (medium rare) was sooo tough that I was unable to eat even half before I was tired of chewing!!!! Fried okra was yummy!!! Dinner rolls would have been the bomb IF they were dripping in real butter instead of margarine!!

Appetizers are great!!! But I’ll never order a steak again the last 3 times it never comes out as ordered. Being a steakhouse the cook/chef should be able to cook a steak .

My wife and I have been here several times. This time we both ordered sirloins. My wife ordered the 6oz and I ordered the 8oz both medium well done. When we got our food, my wife’s closer to well done and mine was rare to raw. The server saw it was under cooked and took it back to have it put back on the grill. About ten minutes later she brought it back and it was close to medium rare. I told her it was ok. I just don’t understand why there was such a difference in how our steaks were cooked. The lady who served us did a good job under the circumstances.
