I haven’t been there in a few years, but decided to go about a week ago.
The waitress was very nice and helpful, due to my food allergy.
My husband ordered the seafood nachos and they were out of this world! I highly recommend them. Nachos chips with crab queso, fried shrimp with their special seasoning on them, chopped red juicy tomatoes, lettuce and sweet bbq sauce drizzled on them.
Go give it a try!

Down for the weekend on a fishing trip. My buddy and I stopped last night for dinner and are back for the second night in a row. Good food and a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!!

Great place super chill nice outdoor patio. Food was wonderful bartender owner waitress all super cool.

Everything about this was perfection. From the fact that they gave you little towelettes to the Shell bucket to the fact that the owner came around and wanted to see how you were doing everything was perfection. This is definitely a chef's kiss kind of place. All the food was amazing and I think for the price it was very reasonable. I would have come here more if I stayed longer. The steam bucket was actually so much food that I was not able to finish it which was absolutely wild. What a great price for delicious food

SEA SCALLOP LOVERS GO HERE!!!
After living in NC for 3 years, I FINALLY found a restaurant that serves outstanding sea scallops. Living not too far from the ocean, I would have hoped to find good grilled or seared scallops around town. Snapperz is the FIRST restaurant to make them perfectly. On top of that, they were huge and plentiful! Although the dish was a bit pricey, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!
Sea scallop lovers go to Snapperz!!
The icing on this cake was the wonderful server! She was attentive, informative and friendly!!! I didn't get her name. I wish I did. But, she had great nails!

I tried to order a martini with a splash of dry vermouth , and they stated they didn’t carry vermouth, even though they had martinis on the menu. We left. That’s weird.

Food is grill style, and plenty of basics like burgers and steam pots. Our tuna was ordered rare and it was medium well - but our amazing server (I wish I could remember her name) insisted that we give it back to her so she could get new ones! And they were perfect. Great service and tasty.

So today I ventured with my bestie who is new to the area and we were in need of some food and cold libations. We looked up good places to eat in Morehead and up popped Snappers. Easy to find, out of the car, being silly I decided to leap over the parking block which I did not clear and fell twisting and scrapping my ankle pretty good. Mike the General Manager came to check on me and was very sweet. I told him it was nothing a beer couldn’t cure.
We ventured inside and I love the atmosphere, awesome music, very nice staff, Brittany was so sweet and helped us with some of her fav’s and she nailed it. The Seafood Nachos were so good and my crab cake sandwich hit the spot. My bestie had the mahi sandwich…blackened and loved it. The libations were cold and crisp and due to my incident, I had to get a shirt to mark the occasion.
So if you are in Morehead, NC, stop by Snappers, get you a mixed drink, good food and rockin music. I “Fell” for them…LITERALLY.
