Food took a while to come out and my footlong coney came out with the right amount of onions I requested but the cheese was unmelted. The hot dog bun tasted OLD. I will be contacting corporate. I don’t really try to make a big fuss out of stuff but I paid $10 for a meal I was not satisfied with.Fries were overcooked and hard. All the Sonic locations I go to, I never have a problem like this. The lady who brought my food out was nice though.

It is always a treat to stop and get food from Sonic's. Me and my daughter love stopping by and getting the number 3. Now my youngest daughter goes with us and she tries to eat the same things we do but she is 3 so I told her she gave it a great effort but the burger os bigger then her torso practically. Your staff is by far what makes this place so great. The food is awesome, but if it is served to you by a rude worker it just makes the meal go bad. Your employees are the opposite. They are cheerful and helpful. They don't even mind when your wife is picky and keeps changing her order to the point where your employee wants to run screaming into the night. So go if you get a chance and remember to tip, and yes it is optional. But so is putting up with us when we are difficult and still smiling when walking away. They don't get paid nearly enough so your tips would be awesome.

Be prepared for an echo at the drive-up ordering sign. This was very annoying and distracting when ordering.
Same goes for the McDonald's Just slightly down the street, at least on the outside lane.
Had stated to the person who took our order in person because the echo was just too much to deal with.
That I felt extra hungry and wanted an additional cheesy footlong quarter pounder Coney Island dog. NOTE: Didn't happen, But was not charged for it.
Stated that we were vacationers, and that we had no ketchup in the refrigerator, and that I wanted a bunch of extra ketchup for the large tater tots. NOTE: Didn't happen.
Orange County Island dog we wanted in a combo with as we said large tater tots and of course a large drink. Requested a large Arnold Palmer with light ice. NOTE: Didn't happen, received a large lemonade instead could taste no tea whatsoever.
I guess drive-thru is considered takeout so I will select the takeout button Way to go Google You need to have more options on how did you dine in etc.
I recommendation that you have a pay terminal on a tablet like biscuitville, Chick-fil-A, and many other popular restaurants now use by attendance should go to the vehicle for payment and delivery please.
You have the ability to pay at the drive-in bays, But appear to it lift out this important method as no one knows what happened to their credit card when it goes inside a building.

I HATE COCONUT. please read the order and the syrup you put in. Of course this only happens when its doordashed or she brings it home to me. But its a real mood killer when i get surprised just to be disgusted

i am absolutely BAFFLED by this sonic. DO NOT GO!!!!! we went to order and this lady was being rude and she was being sassy at us. she was scarying me. her name was REGAN. we had to fix our order 4 different times! then regan comes out to our car with a QUATER of the drink gone with barley any ICE. we asked for her to remake the drink and she snarled at us saying “i didn’t make the drink”. the drink had looked like somebody’s old drink. she took the drink back and came back with a new drink. we opened up the drink to find low and behold a HAIR in it. the hair looked like it was placed in there. we called a different lady to help and she went to get a new drink. she came out with the WRONG DRINK. we decided to leave out of frustration and anger.

So we got “Regan” and she was definitely needing hearing aids. She was getting mad when we were trying to say our order and she couldn’t hear and then when we got our drink it was 1/4 gone. We had to get a new drink and the drink that came back had hair. We then got a new lady to remake the drink for a third time and the drink came back not even close to what we ordered. Overall terrible experience and Regan should be fired.

I love Sonic for their slushies! The strawberry lemonade or lemon berry slushie with real fruit is absolutely amazing! My hubby loves that one as well and my kids love the slushies with nerds! We go often for drinks but the food just isn't all that all the time. It really seems as it is hit and miss. Not so reliable anymore but still a great place to go grab a drink on a hot day!

This place used to be good. The sandwiches had no taste (dry and bland) the seagulls didn't even want any and they were outside the car! There was so much salt on the tater tots were not able eat and I didn't dare offering them to the seagulls?? The only food that was palpable Was the onion rings.( they were actually good, a little sugary but good!)
