Just ordered a strawberry lemonade at this Sonic and paid for it…it was absolutely awful, tasted terrible got them to remake and all they did was stir it around when they handed it back to me, I didn’t want to cause a scene or be any trouble to the waitress any longer so I just left. Tori, the waitress acted like I was a pain to her because I complained about it. They only had two cars there so it wasn’t like they were busy… I just think it’s ashame that I paid $4.26 for a drink that should have been made right the first time. So it’s like they just stole $4.26 from me. I ended up throwing it away. Just an awful experience and I will never go back because of it!

The last few times I've ordered from here items have either been wrong or missing which is bs considering on slushies the add ons sink to the bottom making it difficult to tell the order was wrong till it's almost finished and whenever it was correct I'm pretty sure the cheese on my last order was almost expired, American cheese doesn't taste like waxy mush till it's close to expiration, I hope the experience gets better soon

We ordered corn dogs on the 50 cent corn dog day. When we ordered at the drive thru there was no one behind us when we pulled around. The guy who took our order read back 6 corn dogs and mustard packets atleast 3 times to us. We pulled around to the area you wait. This girl brought our bag out, no mustard packs at all. We said as soon as she walked inside and back out can we please get our mustard packets they arent in here. She told us to pull into a ordering spot and wait & she would get them. There were only about 2 other vehicles there at this point. One if which she was taking their order to. She kept walking past us & never brought our mustard at all. We waited & on her 6th trip out to another vehicle I said this is enough & Ill get them myself someone in there can hand me some mustard packets. The same girl opened the door & was like yeah? I said our mustard packets? She just stared at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for the manager. She came out there. I told her weve been waiting for over 12 mins on mustard packets because she & i pointed to the girl told us to pull up there and park when absolutely no one is in the drive theu nor have they been & shes made 6+ trips out these doors looking right at us & shes looking at us right now thru the window so we need mustard for those cold corn dogs because its unacceptable. We were running errands after doctor appts & planned to eat them while heading to the ER. I was hateful because nothing makes me more angry than someone who knows exactly what they did but acts like they dont. If she can stare right at someone she tells to park then she should have walked herself right back in & grabbed the mustard packs & brought them back out right then. She needs a new job nit serving customers or having to remeber orders if she cant remember parking someone for mustard taking 1 order out & 1 other vehicle in the entire place at that time. We wont be going there again. We'll go to Havelock atleast theyre efficient.

The manager is very rude and did not refund my money when we did not receive what we had paid for. I even called the day it happened! This establishment needs to be fixed in a better manner and customer service! Morehead City Sonic get your fast food restaurant together as you have failed several times and we will not be coming back this time to give you another chance! You have lost a local customer forever

Food took a while to come out and my footlong coney came out with the right amount of onions I requested but the cheese was unmelted. The hot dog bun tasted OLD. I will be contacting corporate. I don’t really try to make a big fuss out of stuff but I paid $10 for a meal I was not satisfied with.Fries were overcooked and hard. All the Sonic locations I go to, I never have a problem like this. The lady who brought my food out was nice though.

It is always a treat to stop and get food from Sonic's. Me and my daughter love stopping by and getting the number 3. Now my youngest daughter goes with us and she tries to eat the same things we do but she is 3 so I told her she gave it a great effort but the burger os bigger then her torso practically. Your staff is by far what makes this place so great. The food is awesome, but if it is served to you by a rude worker it just makes the meal go bad. Your employees are the opposite. They are cheerful and helpful. They don't even mind when your wife is picky and keeps changing her order to the point where your employee wants to run screaming into the night. So go if you get a chance and remember to tip, and yes it is optional. But so is putting up with us when we are difficult and still smiling when walking away. They don't get paid nearly enough so your tips would be awesome.

Be prepared for an echo at the drive-up ordering sign. This was very annoying and distracting when ordering.
Same goes for the McDonald's Just slightly down the street, at least on the outside lane.
Had stated to the person who took our order in person because the echo was just too much to deal with.
That I felt extra hungry and wanted an additional cheesy footlong quarter pounder Coney Island dog. NOTE: Didn't happen, But was not charged for it.
Stated that we were vacationers, and that we had no ketchup in the refrigerator, and that I wanted a bunch of extra ketchup for the large tater tots. NOTE: Didn't happen.
Orange County Island dog we wanted in a combo with as we said large tater tots and of course a large drink. Requested a large Arnold Palmer with light ice. NOTE: Didn't happen, received a large lemonade instead could taste no tea whatsoever.
I guess drive-thru is considered takeout so I will select the takeout button Way to go Google You need to have more options on how did you dine in etc.
I recommendation that you have a pay terminal on a tablet like biscuitville, Chick-fil-A, and many other popular restaurants now use by attendance should go to the vehicle for payment and delivery please.
You have the ability to pay at the drive-in bays, But appear to it lift out this important method as no one knows what happened to their credit card when it goes inside a building.
