July 17th, 2025 Closing at 10p in the summer months is not ideal. Pulled in at 9:20p, and the line was wrapped. To be an area that depends on tourism in the summer, closing at 10 is a bad idea. There were 5 cars behind me. While waiting to get to the speaker, a male employee came outside and taIked on his phone by the back door. I would think your customers were more important than someone taking a break, especially right before close, and a wrapped line. I didn't get to the speaker until 9:45. 🤦🏻♀️

This was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I wish i got the name of the woman at the window, she was PHENOMENAL! We used the mobile app and had 2 seperate orders. We love to stay stocked up on sauces and they DELIVERED when we asked for extra. I counted the sauce packets because i couldn’t believe how lucky we just got, and there was 110!!! Our sauce drawer is going to be stocked for months :) the food was so fresh and hot and we will always recommend this to friends.

Came through the drive through and received cold, hard, and odd-tasting nacho fries. Came inside to request new fries. They tried to tell me the fries were freshly made when they clearly were not, and the manager did not believe me until she felt the fries herself. The manager and employees were extremely rude, talking poorly about me and customers in line and in the building. Manager looked at my old fries and left them on the counter, then yelled at me on the way out and told me to throw them away myself, while she was taking an order. I had to push my way past the woman ordering to throw out the fries. The manager made a statement that if people have an issue with the food, they should pick up a job application and make the food themself. This experience was unnecessarily unpleasant.
